⚔️ IRAN EXPANDS REGIONAL THREATS AS MISSILES, DRONES AND HOUTHI WARNINGS CONTINUE

🚀 Iranian missiles and drones continued targeting Bahrain and Kuwait: Reports indicated impacts at Sheikh Issa Air Base in Bahrain, while footage showed a Shahed drone striking in Kuwait and a missile impact in Bahrain. Kuwait’s military said it detected four cruise missiles and 21 hostile drones from dawn, engaging them after attacks on vital installations caused damage but no casualties; two other Iranian drones were reportedly intercepted outside Kuwaiti airspace.

🧨 Iran publicized missile-launch waves: Tasnim released footage of Kheibar Shekan, Zulfiqar and Fateh-110 launches during what Tehran described as the third through seventh waves of “Operation Nasr 2,” as attacks continued toward U.S. bases in Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain.

📣 Iran’s parliament speaker described the conflict as an existential war: Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf accused Washington of seeking to overthrow the Islamic Republic and fragment Iran, said Tehran need not honor arrangements that provide it no benefit and stressed that Iranian forces retain full operational freedom. He portrayed Iranian control arrangements in Hormuz as essential to national security and shipping, called for coordinated military and diplomatic action, said Iran should fear neither war nor negotiation, urged unity behind Supreme Leader Khamenei and promised a definitive response and revenge for a parliamentary colleague’s death.

☢️ Iranian officials issued threats over U.S. military targets and nuclear sites: Mehdi Mohammadi, an adviser to Ghalibaf, said the region would “turn to hell” if the United States strikes Pickaxe Mountain, which he called the world’s most fortified and attack-proof nuclear facility. Former foreign minister and parliamentarian Manouchehr Mottaki separately proposed storming a U.S. regional base, capturing 100 Americans and bringing them to Iran.

🇬🇧 Iran summoned the British ambassador: The Foreign Ministry said the move followed what it described as hostile British action against the IRGC.

🎥 An Iranian witness used footage of a U.S. strike to condemn the regime: As explosions were heard, the Persian-speaking speaker accused Iranian authorities of empty boasting, dragging the country into “blood and fire,” projecting strength only against the weak and wasting public funds instead of supporting citizens.

⚠️ The Houthis warned airlines away from Saudi airspace: The organization said carriers should avoid the area until what it calls Saudi Arabia’s blockade of Sanaa airport is lifted, indicating that attacks on Saudi airports could resume. U.S. Ambassador to the UN Mike Waltz described the Houthis as Tehran’s followers and said they replicate the IRGC’s tactics of kidnapping civilians, using human shields, attacking civilian infrastructure and repeating threats against Israel and the United States.

🕊️ Omani and Qatari mediation is continuing amid renewed Sanaa threats: Riyadh denied responsibility for the airport strike, while Sanaa sources claimed British-made Storm Shadow missiles available only to Saudi forces were used and linked the crisis to the delegation’s attendance at Ayatollah Khamenei’s funeral. UN envoy Hans Grundberg discussed de-escalation, salaries and air restrictions with Mohammed Abdul Salam and Omani officials, but Sanaa military sources said continued operations remained the only guarantee that agreements would be implemented and portrayed Saudi appeals to the UN as an effort to avoid retaliation connected to the attack on Abha airport.

🪦 An Indian crew member died after an attack on the GFS Galaxy: The vessel was carrying 11 Indian nationals when it was attacked off Oman; the man had initially been reported missing before his death was confirmed by his father-in-law.
