🛡️ SOUTHERN LEBANON, GAZA, AND JUDEA AND SAMARIA OPERATIONS CONTINUE

🎯 Lebanon: IDF forces continued operations inside the security zone in southern Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah infrastructure in the Majdal Zoun area. Troops from the 551st Brigade and Yahalom Unit destroyed two additional underground tunnels totaling about 200 meters in length and reaching depths of approximately 20 meters, adding to a previously dismantled major tunnel network.

The tunnels contained living quarters, three launch shafts directed toward Israeli territory, and large weapons stockpiles including mortars, launchers, RPG rockets, machine guns, missiles, explosive devices, and other equipment. The IDF assessed the area had been extensively fortified by Hezbollah. During searches over the past week, troops also eliminated an armed terrorist near one of the tunnel routes.

Separately, the Israeli Air Force and ground forces conducted more than 20 strikes against Hezbollah targets following ceasefire violations, eliminating several terrorists assessed as threats to Israeli forces. The IDF said operations will continue to prevent Hezbollah from rebuilding its attack capabilities. Responding to President Trump's remarks regarding a future Israeli withdrawal, Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that Israel neither sought nor requires permission to enter or remain in Lebanon.

⚔️ Gaza: Military operations continued across the Gaza Strip with ongoing tunnel destruction and targeted strikes against Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Reservists from the 14th Armored Brigade completed their mission after demolishing five Hamas tunnels totaling approximately two kilometers in northern Gaza before transferring responsibility to the 179th Armored Brigade. Additional engineering operations destroyed roughly 200 meters of tunnels while systematic detection efforts remained focused on the Khan Younis area.

The IDF reported eliminating more than ten terrorists, including Hamas commanders, operatives involved in rebuilding military infrastructure, and participants in the October 7 attack. Among them were Waheed Abu Salam, Yahya Saeed Mohammed Hamdan, Rashid Al-Qadhi, Abdullah Baha al-Din Razak Al-Souti, Khalil Jamal Khalil Manna, and Osama Walid Deeb Muhareb. The military said each had recently supported Hamas or Palestinian Islamic Jihad military activities and was targeted in precise aerial strikes.
