⌛ ISRAEL PREPARING FOR POSSIBLE RENEWED FIGHTING IN GAZA: Israel Hayom reported that Israel is preparing for renewed military operations in the Gaza Strip as the 60-day deadline for Hamas to disarm expires tonight.
❌ IDF ELIMINATES TERRORISTS PLANNING IMMINENT ATTACKS IN GAZA: Yesterday, the IDF struck and eliminated two terrorists who were planning imminent attacks against IDF troops operating in the area. In southern Gaza, the IDF eliminated Mahmoud Barim, a terrorist in the Kata’ib al-Mujahideen organization who monitored troop activity and possessed a large quantity of weapons.
🎯 HAMAS NUKHBA TERRORIST ELIMINATED IN NORTHERN GAZA: In northern Gaza, the IDF eliminated Ahmed Mohammed Saleh, a Hamas Nukhba terrorist who had carried out and advanced numerous attacks against IDF troops. During the strike, additional Hamas terrorists were also struck.
The military says the terrorists posed an immediate threat to troops and were eliminated in precise strikes. Prior to the attacks, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance, and Southern Command forces remain deployed in accordance with the ceasefire agreement while continuing to act against immediate threats.
💥 STRIKES IN SOUTHERN LEBANON
Footage published by Lebanese media shows heavy Israeli strikes in the Nabatieh area of southern Lebanon a short while ago.
❌ GROUND OPERATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE DISMANTLING
Bislach Brigade (828) troops, under the 91st Division, continue targeted ground operations in southern Lebanon after several rounds of operations in the Gaza Strip and Judea and Samaria.
To date, the troops have dismantled over 100 Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure sites, including observation posts, weapons storage facilities, and anti-tank positions. They also located military equipment and hundreds of weapons, including Kalashnikov rifles, artillery weapons, explosive charges, pistols, RPG rockets, and ammunition.
🔸 IRAN CONDITIONS TALKS ON A LEBANON CEASEFIRE: Iranian state media (FARS) says the negotiating team has failed to leave Iran for Pakistan and refuses to do so until there is a ceasefire in Lebanon.
🇮🇷 MOJTABA KHAMENEI STATEMENT: New Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei: “Iran does not seek war but will not give up its rights. Our people must continue their presence in the field as they have over the past forty days. The arrogant powers of the world revealed their true face when they killed our children. Despite the damage and strikes from the enemy, our armed forces have turned the war into a great victory. Our people have emerged victorious, proving that Iran is a great power and that arrogance is in decline. The Islamic Republic will elevate the management of the Strait of Hormuz to a new level. Do not assume that announcing negotiations with the enemy means abandoning our people’s presence on the ground. We tell our neighbors: witness this miracle, be in the right place, and beware of the false promises of the enemy. We await the appropriate response from our southern neighbors to show them our brotherhood. Iran is determined to avenge our late Supreme Leader and our martyrs. There is no doubt we will advance the management of the Strait of Hormuz to a higher level. Iran considers all resistance fronts a unified entity. We call on our people to cooperate to reduce the pressures on various segments, as shortages are a natural consequence of war.”
