❌ TERRORISTS NEUTRALIZED AND CAPTURED IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA: A report was received regarding an attempt by a terrorist to steal a weapon from an IDF soldier in the Rimonim Square area. The soldier fired toward the terrorist, who was neutralized. IDF soldiers were dispatched to the scene.
Separately, IDF soldiers apprehended the suspected terrorist who carried out this morning’s stabbing attack in the Al-Auja area. The arrest followed a joint pursuit by security forces and was made possible through intelligence guidance and measures employed by the IDF and Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet). The suspect was transferred for further questioning. Security forces said they will continue operating against terrorists who harm or attempt to harm Israeli civilians or IDF soldiers.
🤝 ISRAELI HUMANITARIAN DELEGATION NEARS COMPLETION OF COLOMBIA MISSION: Approximately one week has passed since the “Alliance of Friends” humanitarian delegation departed to assist with search-and-rescue and recovery efforts in Cali, Colombia.
Yesterday, missions to locate and rescue trapped individuals at the three destruction sites where the delegation operated were completed. All 27 trapped individuals were located and rescued.
The delegation also conducted engineering surveys and assessments at approximately 100 public and residential buildings throughout the city while providing training to local professionals. The assessments focused on critical structures in education, healthcare and municipal administration that are essential to restoring the city’s functionality.
The delegation has achieved most of its objectives and its mission is nearing completion. The engineering team continues its work while preparations are underway to transfer responsibility to Colombian authorities and for the delegation’s return to Israel. Bodycam footage from a rescuer in the delegation accompanied the report.
🎯 IDF, SHIN BET STRIKE HAMAS WEAPONS MANUFACTURING SITE: Earlier today, the IDF and Israel Security Agency struck in the Maghazi area of the Gaza Strip and eliminated Ismail Abu Ful, a commander at a weapons manufacturing site within Hamas’ production headquarters.
According to the IDF, Abu Ful took an active part in manufacturing explosive devices and anti-tank rockets for Hamas’ military wing and was eliminated to remove the threat. The manufacturing site itself was also struck.
The site had been established near an aid distribution point operated by an international organization. The IDF said this was another example of Hamas’ systematic use of and embedding within civilian infrastructure, including aid distribution centers, to advance and execute terror attacks against IDF troops operating in the Yellow Line area and Israeli civilians.
The IDF said these actions demonstrate that Hamas systematically violates the ceasefire agreement while attempting to rehabilitate its military capabilities and strengthen its force buildup.
🛡️ KATZ TO DISCUSS GAZA KITES AS NETANYAHU ADDRESSES DRONE THREAT: Defense Minister Israel Katz is set to hold a discussion with IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir and other senior military officials regarding recent kites flown from the Gaza Strip.
Prime Minister Netanyahu said: “The drone threat is a global threat that is changing the battlefield. We are among the most advanced in the world in dealing with it, but we must not let up for a moment. My directive is clear: strike the drones, their operators, and their launch sites, and do everything possible to protect the citizens of Israel.”
💥 WOUNDED REPORTED FOLLOWING KHAN YOUNIS STRIKE: Gazan media reported several wounded following an Israeli strike in western Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip a short while ago. There was no immediate comment from the IDF.
