🚨 IRAN THREATENS RESPONSE TO BEIRUT STRIKES AS ISRAEL EXPANDS OPERATIONS AGAINST HEZBOLLAH

🌍 IRAN LINKS BEIRUT STRIKES TO CEASEFIRE FRAMEWORK: Iran intensified its warnings over potential Israeli strikes in Beirut, stating that northern Israel would be targeted if Hezbollah sites in the Lebanese capital are attacked. The Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters also called on residents to evacuate areas that could be targeted by Israeli operations.

Iranian state broadcaster IRIB reported that a major Israeli strike on Beirut could lead Tehran to consider the existing ceasefire framework effectively terminated.

📞 U.S.-ISRAEL CONSULTATIONS ON IRAN AND LEBANON: President Donald Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu held a phone call focused on developments involving Iran and Lebanon, amid increased Israeli activity against Hezbollah and reports of stalled U.S.-Iran negotiations.

Addressing reports that Iran may be suspending negotiations, Trump stated that prolonged talks had produced little progress and said that maintaining pressure did not necessarily imply military action, emphasizing that existing measures would remain in place.

⚠️ IDF ISSUES EVACUATION WARNING FOR DAHIYEH: The IDF warned residents of Beirut’s Dahiyeh district to evacuate ahead of possible airstrikes. IDF Arabic-language spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee stated that the warning was intended to protect civilians and linked potential strikes to continued Hezbollah rocket fire toward Israeli communities.

🎯 HEZBOLLAH MISSILE COMMANDER ELIMINATED: The IDF announced the elimination of Mohammed Mousa Mteirek in the Nabatieh area. According to the military, Mteirek commanded a unit within Hezbollah’s missile array and was responsible for planning and executing hundreds of rocket and UAV attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF forces operating in the Beaufort sector.

💥 AIRSTRIKES IN THE TYRE AREA: Israeli Air Force strikes later targeted the Tyre area in southern Lebanon. Images from the scene showed extensive damage following the attacks.

🚁 CONTINUED ROCKET AND UAV ACTIVITY ON THE NORTHERN FRONT: Hostile activity from Lebanon persisted throughout the day, including rocket launches and multiple UAV incidents targeting northern Israel and areas where IDF forces are operating in southern Lebanon.

Following sirens in Margaliot and Kiryat Shmona, one projectile was intercepted while two additional projectiles landed adjacent to IDF soldiers in southern Lebanon. Additional launches later triggered alerts across northern communities, with several projectiles intercepted and others falling in open areas.

Hostile aircraft infiltration alerts were activated in Rosh HaNikra, Hof Betzet, Kfar Yuval, Metula, and other northern communities. The IDF intercepted a UAV near forces operating in southern Lebanon, while a separate explosive drone impacted inside Israeli territory near the border. Additional aerial targets were detected in the Metula area and elsewhere in the north. All reported UAV incidents concluded without injuries.

🛡️ HOME FRONT GUIDELINES UNCHANGED :Following a situational assessment, the IDF announced that Home Front Command defensive guidelines remain unchanged and will stay in effect until June 2, 2026, at 8:00 PM.
