💥 IDF STRIKES HEZBOLLAH LAUNCHERS: Overnight, the IDF began striking Hezbollah launch sites in Lebanon following rocket fire toward northern Israel. Approximately 10 launchers involved in the evening attacks were struck, and forces continue locating and dismantling additional launch infrastructure.
⚠️ WARNING ON MILITARY USE OF AMBULANCES: Serious and Immediate Warning from Avichay Adraee IDF Arab Spokesperson: “We reiterate our confirmation that, as part of its terrorist activities, Hezbollah is making extensive military use of ambulances. Accordingly, we once again warn that the military use of medical facilities and ambulances must cease immediately. We emphasize that if this behavior does not stop, Israel will act in accordance with international law against any military activity carried out by the Hezbollah terrorist organization using those facilities and ambulances.”
⚔ CHIEF OF STAFF: LEBANON REMAINS THE PRIMARY WAR ARENA: The Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir, conducted a field assessment near Bint Jbeil and approved continued operational plans with senior commanders. He said Lebanon remains the central arena of the war, with intensified ground operations and strikes aimed at removing the direct threat to northern communities.
🔹 IDF MAINTAINS ACTIVE WAR POSTURE: Zamir stated that the IDF is in an active state of war and that no ceasefire is in place in Lebanon. He added that while a ceasefire currently holds with Iran, Israel is prepared to resume operations there at any moment with high intensity if required.
🔹 IRAN CAMPAIGN IMPACTS HEZBOLLAH: He described the campaign against Iran as “unprecedented and historic,” saying Iran has been significantly weakened. According to Zamir, that has directly affected Hezbollah by disrupting its strategic backing, funding, and supply lines and leaving the organization increasingly isolated within Lebanon.
⚔ OPERATIONS CONTINUE ACROSS LEBANON: IDF forces are operating along the front lines and deeper inside Hezbollah-controlled areas, including strikes in Beirut and the Beqaa Valley. Zamir said sustained pressure has forced Hezbollah leadership and operatives to leave key strongholds such as Dahieh and disperse into other parts of Beirut and beyond.
🔹 INTEGRATED GROUND AND AIR CAMPAIGN: Zamir highlighted combined operations involving infantry, armor, and engineering units alongside continuous air activity. He said Hezbollah is facing Israeli pressure both from border-area operations and from broader activity deeper inside Lebanon.
🛡️ FORCES POSITIONED BETWEEN HEZBOLLAH AND NORTHERN COMMUNITIES: Zamir said IDF forces are positioned between Hezbollah and Israeli communities, forming a defensive buffer while continuing offensive operations. He described this posture as part of the broader mission across multiple fronts, including Gaza and Syria.
🔹 MISSION REMAINS TO DEGRADE HEZBOLLAH AND SECURE THE NORTH: Zamir reiterated that the objective is to continue degrading Hezbollah’s capabilities and restore long-term security for northern residents. He praised frontline units, including the 98th Division and Givati Brigade, for their determination, professionalism, and operational effectiveness.
