✈️ Ben Gurion International Airport is currently seeing heavy activity from U.S. Air Force aerial refueling aircraft. Dozens of U.S. tanker aircraft remain stationed at the airport.
⚠️ The U.S. Sixth Fleet confirmed that an Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine entered the Mediterranean theater through Gibraltar on May 10 for a port visit. The U.S. Navy did not officially identify the submarine, but multiple defense analysts believe it is the USS Georgia (SSGN-729), one of the most heavily armed submarines in the world, capable of carrying large cruise missile payloads and supporting special operations forces.
The U.S. rarely publicizes submarine movements unless it intends to send a strategic message. In this context, the movement is widely viewed as directed toward Iran.
☢️ An Iranian source told Al Jazeera: “The US has demanded a halt to uranium enrichment for twenty years, and Iran has rejected this demand. Washington has refused to transfer Iran's highly enriched uranium to Russia and proposed a third country to transfer it to. Iran has refused to transfer uranium outside its territory and is ready to enrich it under the supervision of the IAEA”.
🇺🇸 President Trump on Iran: “I think it's very possible to reach a deal. Look, I've had to deal with them four or five times. They change their mind. They're very dishonorable people, the leadership. These people — you make a deal, and then the next day they send you a document that takes five days to get there when it should have been there in 20 minutes, you know, it's a pretty simple document.”
