โ Underground tunnel routes used for holding hostages were dismantled by IDF troops operating in southern Gaza, east of the Yellow Line. Troops, together with the Yahalom Unit, dismantled four underground tunnel routes with a combined length of approximately four kilometers.
One of the tunnel routes was part of a network used as infrastructure for holding hostages. Living quarters used by the senior command of Hamasโ Khan Yunis Brigade were also located inside the tunnel routes.
๐ฏ A remotely piloted Israeli Air Force aircraft struck a terrorist suspected of planting an explosive device in southern Gaza, in support of Kfir Brigade troops. The Israeli Air Force said it continues supporting forces operating in all arenas, both defensively and offensively.
โ IDF troops yesterday identified armed Hamas Nukhba terrorists in southern Gaza who were advancing imminent attacks against Israeli forces. In a separate incident overnight in northern Gaza, troops identified two terrorists conducting suspicious activity near the Yellow Line and approaching IDF forces while posing an imminent threat.
In both incidents, the Israeli Air Force, guided by IDF troops on the ground, struck and eliminated the terrorists to remove the threat.
โ ๏ธ Early this morning, the Israeli Air Force intercepted a suspicious aerial target in the area where IDF troops are operating in southern Lebanon. No sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol.
A short while later, another interceptor was launched toward an additional suspicious aerial target identified in the same area. The results of the interception remain under review.
โ๏ธ During an Israeli Air Force operation to evacuate wounded IDF soldiers in southern Lebanon, one helicopter landed in the extraction area but was unable to take off due to a technical malfunction. Another helicopter was dispatched to evacuate the wounded soldiers.
Israeli Air Force personnel repaired the malfunction and the helicopter later departed safely. The IDF stressed that the helicopter was not hit by Hezbollah fire.
โ ๏ธ Three IDF soldiers were lightly wounded in a Hezbollah explosive drone attack in southern Lebanon this morning. The soldiers were evacuated to a hospital and their families were notified.
๐ฏ๏ธ The IDF announced that Warrant Officer (res.) Alexander Glovanyov, 47, from Petah Tikva, was killed yesterday in a Hezbollah drone attack in northern Israel. Glovanyov served as a driver in the Transport Centerโs 6924th Battalion.
According to the IDF probe, several explosive drones launched by Hezbollah struck inside Israeli territory near the Lebanon border. One of the drones killed Glovanyov.

โ ๏ธ Prime Minister Netanyahu said in an interview last night: "If the regime in Iran indeed weakens or perhaps is overthrown, I think that would be the end of Hezbollah, the end of Hamas, and probably the end of the Houthis. I think itโs impossible to predict when this will happen. Is it possible? Yes. Is it guaranteed? No. The war is not over."
