❌ DUVDEVAN APPREHENDS TERRORIST AFTER AL-AUJA ATTACK: Upon receiving the report of the terrorist attack in the Al-Auja area, additional IDF forces rushed to the scene and began pursuing the terrorist. At the end of the pursuit, guided by intelligence and surveillance, a Duvdevan force apprehended the terrorist.
🎯 IDF STRIKES OCTOBER 7 HAMAS TERRORISTS IN GAZA: Overnight, the IDF struck two Hamas terrorists in the Deir al-Balah area of the central Gaza Strip who infiltrated Israeli territory and participated in the October 7 Massacre.
Mohammad Abd al-Nasser Jabr Abu Asaad, a Nukhba terrorist in Hamas' military wing who infiltrated Israeli territory and participated in the massacre, was eliminated. According to the IDF, the terrorists had recently been planning terror attacks targeting IDF troops and Israeli civilians and had attempted to rehabilitate Hamas while systematically violating the ceasefire. The IDF said the strike was conducted to remove the threat.
Separately, yesterday the IDF struck a Nukhba platoon commander in Hamas’ military wing in the Khan Yunis area of the southern Gaza Strip. The terrorist infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 Massacre and, throughout the war, advanced terror attacks against IDF troops operating in Gaza.
IDF troops under Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and will continue operating to remove any immediate threat.
✈️ ZAMIR REVIEWS IAF READINESS AND PRAISES SPECIAL-UNIT OPERATIONS: IDF Chief of the General Staff LTG Eyal Zamir said: “The operations you carried out are unprecedented, and we will not be able to speak publicly about most of them; these operations will be written in the pages of IDF history”
Zamir visited Palmachim Airbase yesterday together with Israeli Air Force Commander MG Omer Tishler and additional commanders. He held a situational assessment regarding the Israeli Air Force’s readiness for a range of scenarios, in both defense and offense, and spoke with troops from special units about their operational contribution across all arenas.
Zamir told them: “In recent years, you have brought new capabilities to the battlefield. The operations you carried out are unprecedented and require courage, imagination, and exceptional execution, and we will not be able to speak publicly about most of them. In the multi-front operations we are engaged in, we operated farther than ever before, employing unique and groundbreaking capabilities, and for longer periods than ever before. These operations will be written in the pages of IDF history and carry strategic significance. We remain vigilant and prepared across all arenas, in both defense and offense. I want to express my deep appreciation to the reservists. You are a central part of our ability to withstand a multi-front war and confront the various challenges. I salute you on behalf of the entire people of Israel.”
