🔎 Broader counterterrorism campaign expanded: Troops apprehended nine wanted suspects overnight on allegations involving incitement and terrorist attacks, questioned additional suspects and located weapons. More than 80 wanted suspects were detained across Judea and Samaria during the past week, including Hamas affiliates, alleged inciters, stone and Molotov cocktail throwers, and suspects involved with explosive devices.
🗡️ Three terrorists eliminated after separate stabbings: Earlier Thursday, two terrorists stabbed an Israeli civilian near a fire adjacent to Itamar, while a third stabbed a paratrooper near an army post at the formerly evacuated community of Ganim. The civilian and soldier were hospitalized, the soldier with light wounds, and all three attackers were eliminated.
🏘️ Operations conducted in Beit Furik and Tubas: Soldiers searched the home of one of the Itamar attackers in Beit Furik, inspected additional structures and questioned suspects. Forces also entered the Tubas residence of the terrorist who attacked the soldier near Ganim and continued counterterrorism activity in the area.
📍 Eight suspects detained after stone throwing: Forces operating in the Maoz Zvi area of the Menashe Brigade detained eight suspects following a report that stones were thrown at an Israeli vehicle. They were questioned at the scene.
🎥 Footage analysis cites delayed use of fire: An analysis accompanying the footage contends that the security coordinator and soldiers exercised restraint for several minutes despite the apparent threat. It states that they opened fire only after the rifle was seized, countering accusations that Israeli forces immediately resorted to lethal force.
