🕑 Published: July 26, 2026 · 9:13 PM Israel time

🇺🇸 NETANYAHU TO MEET TRUMP IN WASHINGTON: Netanyahu said he will travel to Washington at President Trump’s invitation to discuss outstanding issues, including Iran. He will afterward attend the memorial service for the late Senator Lindsey Graham, whom he described as one of Israel’s greatest friends.

The Israeli government was scheduled to meet at a secure location.

⚖️ NETANYAHU TARGETS ICC LEADERSHIP: Netanyahu welcomed what he described as a majority-backed move to remove the International Criminal Court Prosecutor. He accused the prosecutor of pursuing arrest warrants against him and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant to divert attention from sexual harassment allegations.

Netanyahu also alleged broader corruption within the court and said U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio had reiterated Washington’s intention to act forcefully against the ICC.

📍 ISRAEL MAINTAINS LEBANON SECURITY LINE: Netanyahu said Israel had not withdrawn from the original Yellow Line in Lebanon “by even a millimeter.”

He said Israeli forces had not previously been deployed in one pilot area, while in another they had temporarily held territory beyond the original line. Israel continues to maintain what Netanyahu described as the original security zone.

🌐 SYRIA SEEKS SECURITY AGREEMENT WITH ISRAEL: Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa said Syria does not intend to intervene militarily in Lebanon and supports the Lebanese state’s monopoly over weapons and decisions of war and peace.

Al-Sharaa said Syria is avoiding confrontation with Israel and is working with several countries toward a security agreement. He said a successful agreement could lead toward comprehensive peace without Syria relinquishing its claim to the Golan Heights.

🕊️ BAHRAIN AND ISRAEL RENEW HIGH-LEVEL CONTACT: Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa publicly announced a conversation with President Isaac Herzog, the first such announcement since October 7, 2023. Bahraini media said the leaders discussed recent regional developments.

✈️ TURKEY REMAINS INELIGIBLE FOR F-35S: The United States has determined that Turkey is not currently eligible to receive F-35 aircraft because it has not fulfilled required conditions, including conditions related to its ties with Hamas.

🪖 PLANNED IDF EXERCISE IN RAMAT HANEGEV:A scheduled military exercise will take place in the Ramat HaNegev Regional Council area. Residents may observe increased movement of troops, vehicles and aircraft and hear gunfire and explosions.

The exercise was planned in advance as part of the IDF’s 2026 training program and is not connected to a security incident.
