🛡️ SAMARIA — ARMED TERRORIST ELIMINATED, WANTED SUSPECTS APPREHENDED: IDF soldiers and Border Police, guided by the Shin Bet, operated overnight in Aqraba and surrounding communities, including Qabalan, Usarin and Yatma, with a separate military account also citing Awarta. In Aqraba, south of Shechem, troops sought Abd al-Karim Muhammad Salem Khader, whom the IDF identified as a terrorist affiliated with a terrorist organization.
The IDF said Khader threw an improvised Molotov cocktail and explosive device at troops without causing injuries, then barricaded himself inside a building. Forces surrounded the structure and employed a “pressure cooker” tactic. Palestinian media reported shoulder-launched missiles and partial demolition by a bulldozer. Nahal Reconnaissance soldiers later entered and, according to the IDF, found Khader armed with a knife “with which he intended to attack our forces” and eliminated him. WAFA reported that Israeli forces took his body.
Four wanted individuals were apprehended, including three terrorists involved in weapons trafficking and another accused of planning an imminent attack. Forces questioned approximately 60 wanted individuals, searched about 70 locations and located a grenade launcher, ammunition and additional military equipment.
🎯 GAZA — IAF TARGETS OPERATIVE AND HAMAS INFRASTRUCTURE: The Israeli Air Force targeted a terror operative in Gaza City and struck Hamas infrastructure in the southern Gaza Strip, according to the IDF. Gazan media reported several people wounded in Sheikh Radwan and additional wounded in Khan Younis. The IDF said further details would follow.
