🏘️ JUDEA AND SAMARIA: IDF troops, Yahalom combat engineers and Border Police demolished the home of Farouk Ramadan in Tell, Samaria. During a July 24 confrontation, Ramadan seized an Israeli security officer’s rifle and opened fire, killing IDF officer Maj. Yuval Ezra, 27, and Capt. (res.) Benayahu Mellet, 32. Ezra eliminated Ramadan, while three other Palestinians were also killed. An IDF investigation found that Mellet, a local civil defense squad member, may have been struck by Israeli fire directed at the gunman.

Any soldiers or reservists found involved will face disciplinary action. On Monday, troops stopped a coordinated Palestinian ambulance after identifying Israeli civilians inside allegedly attempting to enter the restricted area under cover of the ambulance.
🎯 GAZA: IDF troops operating near the Yellow Line in northern Gaza identified a Hamas sniper posing an immediate threat and fired to remove the threat, with a hit identified. 🛰️ SYRIAN NUCLEAR MATERIAL: Israel warned the Trump administration that it could again strike Syria’s clandestine “Site 99” if nuclear material stored there was not removed or if Damascus attempted to gain access, Axios reported, citing Israeli and U.S. officials. The site reportedly contains yellowcake uranium and remnants linked to the former Al-Kibar nuclear reactor project destroyed in 2007. Israeli officials were also reportedly concerned that Turkey could assist Syria in accessing the material.
The Trump administration asked Israel to refrain from military action and involved the International Atomic Energy Agency. An agreement was subsequently reached with Syria to remove the material. U.S. officials said the operation remains ongoing, removal is expected to begin soon, and the goal is to complete it before the end of the year.
🚧 ISRAELIS CROSS INTO SYRIA: Three activists affiliated with the Bashan Pioneers illegally crossed from the Mount Hermon area into Syrian territory overnight. IDF troops returned them to Israel and transferred them to police.
