⚠️ IRANIAN MISSILE IMPACT IN HAIFA LEAVES THREE MISSING AS HEZBOLLAH DRONE AND ROCKET ATTACKS HIT NORTHERN ISRAEL AND THE IDF DEEPENS OPERATIONS IN SOUTHERN LEBANON

⚠️ HAIFA IMPACT SITE: Home Front Command search and rescue forces, including reserve and regular units, have been operating over the past hour at the impact site in northern Israel following an Iranian ballistic missile strike in Haifa.

Fire and Rescue Service teams, together with the Home Front Command, are searching for three people who remain unaccounted for and are believed to be trapped under the rubble. The public has been instructed to continue following Home Front Command guidance.

❗️ HEZBOLLAH DRONE ATTACKS IN THE WESTERN GALILEE: A Hezbollah drone struck a home in the northern community of Shomrat, causing damage to the structure.

Firefighters were dispatched after initial reports of a drone impact. The IDF said a second drone launched from Lebanon was intercepted. Footage showed one of the drones flying over the Western Galilee. No injuries were reported.

🚨 ROCKET IMPACT IN DEIR AL-ASAD: A Hezbollah rocket launched from Lebanon struck the northern town of Deir al-Asad.

Magen David Adom said six people were lightly injured in the blast, and several others were treated for acute anxiety.

🪖 IDF CHIEF OF STAFF ON SOUTHERN LEBANON OPERATIONS: IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said Israeli forces will remain in southern Lebanon until the direct threat to northern communities is removed, calling that mission a top priority.

During visits to Nahariya, Moshav Shtula, and IDF positions in southern Lebanon, Zamir met local leaders, emergency teams, and senior commanders. He said the ground offensive is intended to push threats away from the border, establish a forward defensive line, and advance the long-term goal of disarming Hezbollah.

Zamir said that while military action is central to that effort, full disarmament will also require action by the political echelon. He stated that Hezbollah has sustained extensive damage to its operatives, command systems, infrastructure, weapons, and financial networks.

He said more than 1,000 Hezbollah terrorists have been eliminated and that strikes will continue against terrorist targets and support infrastructure across Lebanon. He added that the area south of the Litani River is now an active operational zone, where IDF ground forces and the Air Force are systematically targeting Hezbollah operatives to remove threats.

Zamir said the IDF intends to hold this forward defensive line for as long as necessary to ensure security for northern residents. He added that efforts to suppress and reduce high-trajectory rocket fire from Lebanon are ongoing, but will take time.

He also said advance warnings were issued to Lebanese civilians to allow military operations to proceed, and that their return to affected areas will depend on demilitarization south of the Litani River. Zamir described the Lebanon campaign as part of a broader conflict, saying that operations against Iran are also affecting Hezbollah and that the northern front remains a central arena.

He emphasized that civilian resilience in northern Israel is essential to sustaining the campaign and achieving long-term security. During the field assessment, he met Northern Command Commander Maj. Gen. Rafi Milo and other senior officers, praised the forces for their performance, and said the IDF would continue expanding operations, preserve operational freedom across Lebanon, and investigate all incidents involving fallen soldiers.
