❗️ HUCKABEE CONDEMNS QUSRA VIOLENCE: U.S. Ambassador in Jerusalem Mike Huckabee said: “Expel the Israeli terrorists from the village of Qusra; there is no justification for such acts.”
Huckabee later clarified that settlers are not the problem in Judea and Samaria, but rather that a very small minority is causing significant harm to Palestinian families and to Israel.
🇮🇱 ISRAEL SENDING SEARCH-AND-RESCUE DELEGATION TO COLOMBIA: In accordance with directives from the political echelon, the joint IDF, Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs humanitarian delegation “Alliance of Brothers” will depart tonight for Colombia following the earthquake across the country.
The 80-member delegation, jointly led by the Home Front Command and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will depart from Nevatim Airbase aboard Israeli Air Force aircraft and immediately begin its search-and-rescue mission upon landing.
Home Front Command Commander Maj. Gen. Shay Klepper said the goal is to provide immediate assistance with search-and-rescue efforts to save lives, utilizing rapid mapping of impact sites. The delegation is led by National Search and Rescue Unit commander Brig. Gen. (Res.) Yossi Pinto and includes a rescue team and experts in various fields serving in active and reserve duty.
🔸 KUSHNER MARKS SIX YEARS SINCE ABRAHAM ACCORDS: Jared Kushner said: “Six years ago, President Trump launched the Abraham Accords and opened a new chapter of peace, partnership, and prosperity in the Middle East. ⚓ U.S. TO ROTATE CARRIERS IN MIDDLE EAST: The United States is sending the USS George Washington to the Middle East to replace the USS Abraham Lincoln, which has been deployed for more than 250 days.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the planned rotation comes amid concerns over harsh conditions aboard the Lincoln, including supply shortages, exhaustion and deteriorating sailor mental health.
🛰️ CENTCOM MOVES TO ESTABLISH MULTINATIONAL ATTACK-DRONE FORCE: U.S. Central Command announced efforts to establish Task Force Falcon Strike, described as the first-ever multi-domain, multinational attack-drone task force.
The unit will employ one-way attack drones and unmanned systems operating above, on and below the sea, supported by U.S. military personnel and regional partners.
The initiative follows the establishment nine months ago of Task Force Scorpion Strike, the U.S. military’s first dedicated one-way attack-drone squadron in the Middle East. CENTCOM says the squadron has since launched an aerial attack drone from a U.S. Navy warship, employed one-way aerial systems during Operation Epic Fury and used unmanned attack vessels during July strikes on Iranian port facilities.
