The IDF said the terrorists were targeted in a precise aerial strike to remove the threat and that further updates on the results would follow.

The Prime Minister’s Office said: “The Prime Minister and the Peace Council held in-depth and constructive discussions. It was agreed to establish two working groups: one on disarmament and the demilitarization of Gaza, which Israel and the Peace Council are determined must be completed swiftly before any reconstruction in Gaza takes place. A second working group will focus on sanitation, clean water, and other public health issues for Gaza residents, which also affect Israeli citizens.”
A senior Peace Council official said: “There will be no redeployment of the IDF out of Gaza until Hamas is completely disarmed and all of Gaza is demilitarized.”
“If Hamas attempts to rebuild its military capabilities, Israel will be able to take action.”
Netanyahu agreed that “Israel will honor its previous commitments.”
Kushner told Fox News: “We could see progress in Gaza within a month. Hopefully, we’ll begin removing some of the weapons, and hopefully, we’ll seal off some of the tunnels over the next three months.”

To date, personnel have contributed to locating and rescuing 17 missing people. The recovery phase will include increased mapping and assessment of damaged structures alongside continued efforts to locate additional missing people.
