🛰️ Iran adapts missile attacks as Ukraine alleges Russian assistance: Iran is increasingly combining Kheibar Shekan ballistic missiles with drones and missiles following different flight paths and speeds, according to The Wall Street Journal. U.S. officials said most incoming missiles had been intercepted, although some penetrated the defenses.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukrainian forces struck a Russian warship and vessels used to transport Iran-linked military cargo in the Caspian Sea.

Zelensky also alleged that Russia had conducted satellite surveillance of Gulf states and U.S. military facilities and subsequently provided the imagery to Iran. He said Russian satellites focused on air bases in Bahrain, Jordan and Kuwait on July 19 and 20, and claimed there was a correlation between the surveillance and Iranian strikes.

Iran condemned what it described as a Ukrainian attack on an Iranian commercial vessel, saying one sailor was killed and another injured.

🚢 Saudi and Houthi forces exchange strikes: A Saudi vessel sustained minor hull damage in an attack in the Red Sea that Saudi media attributed to the Houthis.

The Royal Saudi Air Force subsequently struck the Port of Hodeidah, Kamaran Island and Houthi positions in the Maarib and Al-Jawf governorates.

The Houthis retaliated with missile attacks against Saudi Arabia, with several reportedly striking the Jizan region. Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree said the group targeted Aramco facilities in Jizan and Yanbu and threatened further escalation in response to Saudi attacks.

☢️ Trump ties Saudi nuclear program to Abraham Accords: President Trump said any agreement permitting Saudi Arabia to develop a civilian nuclear program should require Riyadh to join the Abraham Accords and prohibit uranium enrichment.

Trump said Saudi Arabia and other states had previously avoided normalization because of Iran, but argued that Iran was no longer a great power. He said the Saudis would eventually join the accords and pursue a civilian nuclear program without enrichment.

📷 Drone falls near Ben-Gvir’s Hebron home: A drone fell near National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir’s home in Hebron during the Sabbath. Ben-Gvir and his family were unharmed.

The IDF collected the drone, which the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported carried only a camera. Security officials are investigating the circumstances.
