💥 Large-scale Israeli Air Force strikes across Iran: Over the past day, the Israeli Air Force completed a broad wave of strikes in western and central Iran, dropping numerous munitions on more than 400 military infrastructure targets belonging to the Iranian terror regime. Targets included ballistic missile launchers and additional weapons production sites.
Since the beginning of Operation “Roaring Lion,” the Israeli Air Force has carried out hundreds of strikes against launchers, air defense systems, weapons storage facilities, and other military infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime. The strikes are intended to reduce, to the extent possible, the scope of fire directed toward the territory of the State of Israel.
The IDF also said an additional wave of strikes targeting Iranian military infrastructure across Iran has begun.
🎯 Israeli strike hits Iranian F-14 fighter jets at Isfahan airport: During a broad strike wave yesterday, the Israeli Air Force struck Iranian military compounds containing regime F-14 fighter jets at Isfahan airport. Detection systems and air defense systems that posed a threat to Israeli Air Force aircraft were also struck.
The strike followed a previous operation two days earlier in which 16 Quds Force aircraft were dismantled at Mehrabad airport in Tehran.
📡 Iranian strikes hit U.S. military systems in the region: According to The Wall Street Journal, Iranian strikes have hit U.S. radar, communications, and air defense systems in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
⚠️ Israel warns against participation in Iranian leadership succession process: Ahmad Alamolhoda, a member of the Iranian Assembly of Experts, said: “The Assembly of Experts has made its decision and elected the Supreme Leader. The General Secretariat of the Council will officially announce the name of the new Supreme Leader”.
The IDF said: “Iran is trying to rebuild itself and select a new leader. The Iranian Assembly of Experts, which has not convened for decades, is expected to meet soon in the city of Qom. We want to make it clear that the hand of the State of Israel will continue to pursue any successor and anyone who attempts to appoint one. We warn anyone planning to participate in the meeting to choose a successor that we will not hesitate to reach you as well. This is a warning”.
🔹 Russian support to Iran disputed by President Trump: Russian ambassador to the UK Andrey Kelin said: “We are not neutral in the war against Iran, and Moscow supports Tehran”.
U.S. officials told The Washington Post that Russia is providing Iran with intelligence on the locations of American warships, aircraft, and radar systems in the Middle East. China does not appear to be providing similar assistance.
President Trump said: “There are no indications that Russia is assisting Iran. If Russia is indeed supporting Iran, they're not doing a good job at all, because the current situation in Iran is not good”.
🔹 Iran signals restraint toward neighboring countries: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said the country's armed forces have been instructed not to attack or fire missiles at neighboring countries unless an attack against Iran originates from those countries. He also apologized to neighboring states, saying Tehran has no intention of aggression against them.
Sources close to the Iranian leadership told Reuters: “Pezeshkian's apology has drawn objections from hardliners within the IRGC. Many senior IRGC leaders argued that apologizing during an ongoing conflict makes the country appear weak”.
President Trump said: “I was surprised by Iran's apology to the countries it targeted in the Middle East, and this can be considered a victory for us and our allies”.
