โŒ HEZBOLLAH UNDERGROUND NETWORK CLEARED AT ALI AL-TAHER RIDGE: The IDF says troops of the 36th Division achieved operational control above and below the Ali al-Taher Ridge in southern Lebanon and cleared two Hezbollah underground routes of terrorists ahead of their demolition. Some terrorists were eliminated while others fled. The operation to neutralize the underground infrastructure remains ongoing.

The IDF described the facility as a "strategic infrastructure that was built over two decades," financed and planned by Iran. Troops found "command centers, weapons rooms, generator rooms, living quarters, showers, and a kitchen," which enabled Hezbollah terrorists "to conduct fighting and remain there for extended periods."

According to the IDF, Hezbollah terrorists operating from the underground network carried out attacks against Israel and IDF soldiers. "Following the activity in the [tunnel] routes in recent weeks, the ability to carry out terror attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops from the routes has been neutralized," the military said.

"Upon completion of the activity, the IDF will establish a renewed defensive posture in accordance with the situational assessment," the IDF added. The statement indicates that the military plans to withdraw from the ridge area after completing the operation and adjust its defensive deployment.

The IDF says it remains committed to the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon while continuing to operate in the Security Zone in southern Lebanon. It warned that it will not allow Hezbollah to advance attacks against IDF soldiers and that any attempt to attack Israeli forces will be met with a response.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ 210TH DIVISION DRILLS MAJOR EMERGENCY SCENARIOS IN THE GOLAN: The IDF's 210th Division completed an advanced exercise across the Golan Heights and along the Syrian border aimed at strengthening operational readiness and maintaining the ability to respond to complex and emerging events.

The exercise involved troops across the division, supporting forces from neighboring areas and the Home Front Command, together with local authority heads, emergency and rescue organizations and other entities operating in the region. Troops drilled dozens of scenarios, including rescuing wounded personnel in the field, responding to mass-casualty incidents, medical evacuation, combat command and control and inter-organizational cooperation.

The IDF says the exercise incorporated lessons from combat across all arenas, particularly October 7, with emphasis on activating rapid-response and special forces, directing fire and maintaining readiness across the IDF. The military says such exercises are intended to strengthen cooperation among relevant organizations and protect residents of the Golan Heights and Israeli civilians.

โš ๏ธ IRAN REPORTEDLY WARNS U.S. AS ISRAEL DENIES IRGC PRESENCE: Reuters reported that Iran sent a message to the United States through Oman warning that it would respond forcefully to any Israeli offensive against the Ali al-Taher Ridge. According to the report, IRGC personnel, including at least two senior Iranian officers, were believed to be stationed there alongside Hezbollah fighters.

Israel again denied the report, insisting that there are no Iranian fighters on the Ali al-Taher Ridge. The conflicting accounts raise the question contained in the source reporting of whether Hezbollah officials may be briefing claims of an Iranian presence in an effort to draw Iran into the confrontation.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ KATZ HOLDS SECURITY ASSESSMENT: Defense Minister Israel Katz held a security assessment covering multiple fronts with IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir and other senior military and security officials, according to his office.
