โ๏ธ Hezbollah terrorists struck while transferring weapons in southern Lebanon: Earlier today, IDF soldiers identified several Hezbollah terrorists transferring anti-tank missiles inside the Security Zone in southern Lebanon.
The terrorists entered the Security Zone in a vehicle, unloaded anti-tank missiles intended for attacks against IDF soldiers and Israeli civilians, and transferred them into a structure. After additional Hezbollah terrorists brought more weapons into the building and entered it, the IDF carried out a precision aerial strike to remove the threat.
Secondary explosions were observed after the strike, confirming the presence of weapons stored inside the structure.
๐ฏ Additional Hezbollah terrorists eliminated near underground infrastructure: Earlier Friday, IDF soldiers identified a Hezbollah terrorist operating near an access shaft to underground terrorist infrastructure at the Ali al-Taher Ridge within the Security Zone.
The terrorist posed an immediate threat to Israeli forces and was eliminated in a precise aerial strike.
In a separate strike, the IDF also eliminated a suspect traveling in a vehicle who was assessed as posing a threat to soldiers operating within the Security Zone.
The IDF stated that forces operating in the Ali al-Taher Ridge area will not allow Hezbollah terrorists to emerge from the underground terrorist infrastructure and operate in the area.
๐ฐ๏ธ Hamas reportedly shifting political activity to Turkey: According to Asharq Al-Awsat, Hamas has moved a significant portion of its political activities and leadership meetings from Qatar to Turkey in recent months, after Qatar had served for years as the organization's primary political hub.
โ ๏ธ Turkey, Syria, and regional defense developments: Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen said: "If Turkey wants to establish military bases in Syria, then we will also establish bases there."
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan responded: "I don't believe there is a reason to escalate tensions with Israel to the point of an open conflict."
Meanwhile, Hรผrriyet reported that Turkey is expected to announce the sale of its S-400 air defense systems to a Gulf country, possibly the UAE or Qatar, in a move aimed at helping lift restrictions on future F-35 sales.
According to Bloomberg, Turkey requested Russia's approval in recent weeks to transfer the Russian-made systems to a third country after President Erdogan's proposal to return the S-400s to Russia failed to gain traction.
The Kremlin called the issue "an extremely sensitive matter" and confirmed discussions with Ankara will continue.
Separately, Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias raised concerns during a meeting with a visiting U.S. congressional delegation in Athens about Turkey potentially acquiring F-35 fighter jets and the possible impact on regional security.

๐ฎ๐ฑ Government advancing Judea and Samaria infrastructure and tax measures: Before transitioning to caretaker status, the government is expected to approve on Monday a plan costing more than one billion shekels to pave roads, access routes, and security roads serving dozens of new communities in Judea and Samaria.
The plan was developed over the past two months by the Settlement Directorate in the Ministry of Defense together with the Ministries of Transport and Finance.
Minister Bezalel Smotrich said the road program is part of a "settlement-security revolution" intended to "kill the terrible idea of establishing a terrorist state in the very heart of the State of Israel."
Separately, the Tax Authority notified residents of 64 communities in Judea and Samaria that they will receive a 7% tax benefit beginning next month, retroactive to January of this year.
