🛰️ Unit 869 Operations Along the Northern Front: IDF Unit 869 continued operations in southern Lebanon aimed at removing threats to Israel. The “Shahaf” Unit carried out intelligence collection, surveillance, fire direction, and coordinated strike activity in cooperation with the Israeli Air Force.
🎯 Hezbollah Operatives and Drone Infrastructure Targeted: Over the past two weeks, Israeli forces struck and eliminated more than 20 Hezbollah operatives involved in advancing attack plans and threatening IDF troops. Forces also dismantled multiple Hezbollah infrastructures used for launching explosive drones toward Israeli forces operating in the area.
⚔️ Givati Brigade Activity North of the Litani River: Givati Brigade troops operating north of the Litani River eliminated more than 40 Hezbollah operatives since the beginning of operations in that sector.
🏚️ Weapons Storage Sites Found Inside Civilian Structures: In recent days, troops located several Hezbollah weapons storage facilities inside civilian buildings in Zawtar al-Gharbiyah and Zawtar al-Sharqiyah. Weapons recovered included Kalashnikov rifles, anti-tank missiles and launchers, magazines, grenades, communication devices, drones, and additional military equipment.
🚼 Radwan Force Facility Discovered in Civilian Building: One weapons storage site used by Hezbollah’s Radwan Force was identified inside a civilian structure containing dozens of weapons alongside a baby crib and other civilian infrastructure. According to the IDF, the weapons were intended for attacks against Israeli troops operating in the area. The IDF said the findings reflected Hezbollah’s continued use of civilian infrastructure for militant activity.
🚗 Reported Strike Near Sidon: Lebanese media reported that two people were killed in an Israeli drone strike targeting a vehicle in Sidon.
