💥 IDF ELIMINATES OVER 100 HEZBOLLAH OPERATIVES, DISMANTLES TUNNEL INFRASTRUCTURE, ADVANCES IN BINT JBEIL

❌ IDF soldiers dismantle Hezbollah tunnel route in southern Lebanon: During operational activity in southern Lebanon, IDF soldiers uncovered and dismantled an underground tunnel route used by Hezbollah to plan and advance terror activity against Israeli troops.

The tunnel was destroyed after forces completed searches and operational inspections inside it.

❌ 98th Division expands targeted ground operations in the Bint Jbeil area: Troops from the Paratroopers, Commando, and Givati Brigades, under the command of the 98th Division, have surrounded Hezbollah military infrastructure and begun targeted ground operations in the area over the past week.

The IDF says the activity is aimed at strengthening the forward defense posture in southern Lebanon.

❌ More than 100 Hezbollah operatives eliminated as infrastructure is dismantled: According to the IDF, troops eliminated more than 100 Hezbollah operatives in close-quarters combat and through aerial strikes.

Forces also dismantled dozens of terrorist infrastructure sites and located hundreds of weapons, including weapons found in and around civilian infrastructure.

❌ IDF says Bint Jbeil operation is nearing completion: The military says it has nearly completed the capture of Bint Jbeil, a central Hezbollah stronghold in southern Lebanon.

According to an IDF assessment, at least 150 Hezbollah operatives, including members of the Radwan Force, were in the area before the operation began.

❌ Town was encircled to block reinforcements and escape routes: The IDF says it first isolated and encircled Bint Jbeil to prevent Hezbollah operatives from bringing in reinforcements or escaping.

The 98th Division also carried out several commando operations as part of the effort to secure the town.

🔹 IDF says attacks from Bint Jbeil toward Israel have stopped during the operation: The military says it has not detected attacks from Bint Jbeil on Israel since the offensive there began.

At the same time, troops have continued to come under Hezbollah fire from inside the town, although a military official says the rate is slowing.

A military official says forces likely need a few more days to complete operations in Bint Jbeil.

The remaining objective is to eliminate the few dozen operatives still believed to be there and locate additional Hezbollah infrastructure.

❌ IDF captures symbolic Hezbollah site in Bint Jbeil: Israeli forces captured the town’s stadium, where Hassan Nasrallah delivered his 2000 speech after Israel’s withdrawal from southern Lebanon and declared Israel “weaker than a spider web.”

Brig. Gen. Guy Levy, commander of the 98th Division, told troops: "Bint Jbeil 2000: There was someone here who spoke and boasted about webs and spiders. Today, that man no longer exists, the stadium is gone, and his words are worth nothing."

Levy added: "Bint Jbeil 2026: Our forces control the area, destroying terror infrastructure and dozens of terrorists."

The town remains one of Hezbollah’s most symbolic locations, including from the 2006 Second Lebanon War, when the IDF fought there but did not fully capture it.

🗣️ IDF rejects UNIFIL claim of deliberate harm to convoy: The military says a UNIFIL convoy entered an area of active IDF operations in southern Lebanon without coordination.

According to the IDF, troops allowed the convoy to pass, and a minor collision occurred between one of the convoy’s vehicles and an IDF vehicle during its movement.

UNIFIL said Israeli troops "rammed UNIFIL vehicles with a Merkava tank, in one case causing significant damage."

The IDF says it is aware of the claim but maintains the convoy entered the area without coordination.
