🎯 In order to remove an immediate threat, the IDF eliminated Ihab Khrizim, the head of a central Hamas funds transfer network. The strike took place Tuesday in the Khan Yunis area.
Khrizim was responsible for managing the transfer of millions of dollars to Hamas’ military wing. In recent months, he continued violating the ceasefire agreement, and his activities enabled Hamas to execute imminent attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians.
His elimination constitutes a significant blow to Hamas’ rehabilitation and force-building efforts.
The IDF also eliminated Mohammed al-Habash during the strike. Al-Habash was a unit commander in Hamas’ production headquarters and participated in manufacturing weapons for Hamas throughout the war.
⚠️ Channel 14’s Hallel Bitton Rosen reports that Israel is expected to coordinate with the United States to significantly expand the “Yellow Line” zone in Gaza in the coming months.
Israeli forces are also reportedly on heightened alert over fears of terror attacks in Gaza, especially possible attempts to kidnap soldiers.
💥 A source familiar with the details told i24NEWS following the IDF strike in Beirut: “We are free to act in a case like this. No one is immune.”
The source added: “The Americans don’t like buildings in Beirut being brought down for no reason, but if there is a high-value target, we will strike.”
“We are trying to preserve freedom of action as much as possible,” the source said, while emphasizing: “We are asking not to tie the Lebanese front to any agreement with Iran.”
The operation reportedly targeted terror infrastructure in a densely populated area that has long served as an operational center for the organization.
❌ Over the past two days, IDF soldiers, acting on Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) intelligence, apprehended five terrorists during three targeted counterterrorism operations across Judea and Samaria.
In the Jenin area, forces apprehended a terrorist who planned to execute an imminent attack.
In the Zeita area, forces apprehended a Hamas-affiliated terrorist who operated to advance terrorist activity.
During another operation in the Qalandiya and Al-Bireh areas, forces apprehended three additional terrorists, including an armed terrorist who incited terrorist activity and another involved in assembling explosives.
The terrorists were transferred to Israeli security forces for further processing.
