According to Al Mayadeen citing Hamas sources, the factions demanded full implementation of Phase 1 before further progress, including a halt to military operations and execution of the humanitarian protocol.
The factions also conditioned additional steps on a complete Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, establishment of an administrative committee, and comprehensive reconstruction efforts.
🇮🇱 Israeli President Isaac Herzog hosted Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi in Jerusalem during the first official public visit by a Somaliland president to Israel.
The two leaders are scheduled to hold diplomatic meetings followed by public statements.
