🇺🇸 U.S.–IRAN FRAMEWORK REPORTS, ISRAELI CONCERNS, AND REGIONAL WARNINGS

🇺🇸 U.S. OFFICIALS RESPOND TO DEBATE OVER ISRAEL–AMERICA RELATIONS: After President Trump stated that Israel would not have survived without the United States, U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee offered a contrasting perspective, saying that without Israel there would not be an America and that the United States owes its very existence to events that occurred in the Land of Israel.

⚠️ IRAN LINKS LEBANON OPERATIONS TO BROADER REGIONAL TENSIONS: Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters claimed Israel violated the Lebanon ceasefire 84 times during the two days following President Trump's announcement ending the war. Iranian military officials warned that continued Israeli operations in southern Lebanon could prompt a harsh response from Iranian forces.

Hezbollah separately claimed that Iran pledged not to conclude a final agreement with the United States unless Israel withdraws from Lebanon.

🌍 REPORTS DESCRIBE A U.S.–IRAN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING: Israeli Channel 12 reported that Israel requested access to the reported U.S.–Iran memorandum of understanding, but Washington declined to share its contents.

Saudi outlet Al Arabiya subsequently published what it described as key provisions of the framework. While the full document has not been independently verified, some reported elements overlap with information cited by Channel 12 and Reuters.

According to the reported framework, Iran, the United States, and their respective partners would halt hostilities, including in Lebanon. Iran would reaffirm that it will not pursue nuclear weapons, while questions regarding enriched uranium would be addressed during negotiations on a final agreement.

During a proposed 60-day negotiation period, Iran would reportedly continue operating its current nuclear program. The United States would refrain from imposing new sanctions or conducting major military buildups, while Iran would ensure freedom of commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.

The framework also reportedly includes the release of frozen Iranian assets, temporary sanctions waivers for Iranian oil exports, and participation by Oman and Gulf states in discussions concerning maritime arrangements.

📍 REPORTED OUTLINE OF A FINAL AGREEMENT: The reported framework envisions negotiations toward a broader agreement addressing Iran's nuclear program and regional issues.

If finalized, the agreement would reportedly include the full removal of U.S. sanctions on Iran, withdrawal of U.S. forces from the region within 30 days, and a formal Iranian commitment never to pursue nuclear weapons.

The framework also includes a reconstruction and investment program for Iran valued at approximately $300 billion. Reuters reported that the proposed fund would operate as a private investment vehicle backed by companies from the United States, Gulf states, Asia, South America, and Africa, with more than half of the funding reportedly already committed.

Separately, reports cited the Swiss Foreign Ministry as expecting a U.S.–Iran agreement to be signed Friday in Burgdorf.

🛰️ ISRAELI ANALYSTS AND MEDIA QUESTION THE REPORTED TERMS: The Wall Street Journal and some Israeli commentators have described the reported framework as highly favorable to Tehran.

Their concerns focus on the reported sanctions relief, renewed Iranian oil exports, release of frozen assets, and the continuation of Iran's existing nuclear activities during the negotiation period.
