🇺🇸 U.S.-ISRAEL DISAGREEMENTS OVER LEBANON: At the G7 summit, President Trump publicly criticized Israel’s handling of Lebanon and Hezbollah, stating that operations had continued for too long and expressing dissatisfaction with Israeli actions in Beirut.
Trump also said that he had suggested allowing Syria to confront Hezbollah and argued that Israel should approach the conflict differently. According to Israel Hayom columnist Shirit Avitan Cohen, Trump is pressuring Prime Minister Netanyahu to withdraw from Lebanon by Friday.
Israeli security officials quoted by Maariv stated that Beirut has effectively become a prohibited zone for IDF operations. Trump’s remarks drew criticism from some Israeli observers, who argued that Hezbollah and Hamas have long embedded military infrastructure within civilian population centers, complicating efforts to target operational assets while minimizing collateral damage.
Netanyahu’s court testimony was shortened to allow him to chair an emergency security cabinet meeting, after which he convened a smaller ministerial consultation.
🟢 IRGC PRAISES REGIONAL PROXIES: IRGC Quds Force Commander Esmail Qaani praised Hezbollah, Hamas, and other Iranian-backed organizations throughout the region.

The IDF stated that operations would continue to remove immediate threats within the forward defensive zone in southern Lebanon.
Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that four people were killed and others wounded in Israeli strikes targeting vehicles near Nabatieh, including in the areas of Mayfadoun and Shoukine.
