🛫 U.S. MILITARY PREPARATIONS REMAIN IN PLACE: A U.S. Department of War source told Fox News that American forces were prepared for a large-scale war and that Trump had approved several potentially lethal attacks against IRGC forces.

According to Israel Hayom, Israel will not participate in a U.S. strike unless Israel itself is attacked.

A U.S. Marine Corps F-35C launched from the USS Abraham Lincoln while the aircraft carrier operated in the Arabian Sea in support of the U.S. blockade against Iran. As of August 2, CENTCOM had redirected 35 commercial vessels, disabled two and boarded two.

🛰️ CYPRUS ARRESTS SUSPECT OVER ALLEGED IRGC SURVEILLANCE: Cypriot police arrested Rashad Sultanov, a 44-year-old dual Azerbaijani-British citizen, on suspicion of monitoring RAF Akrotiri Air Base and sharing information with the IRGC.

🛡️ MORE THAN 200 WANTED INDIVIDUALS ARE APPREHENDED IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA: IDF troops conducted dozens of counterterrorism operations over the past week.

Those apprehended included Hamas-affiliated suspects, individuals accused of incitement, a wanted individual allegedly preparing an imminent attack, arms dealers, suspects involved in smuggling illegal residents and an individual involved in manufacturing explosive devices.

Troops confiscated weapons-production equipment, airsoft weapons, hunting rifles, a pistol, a UAV and tens of thousands of shekels designated for terrorist activity. Five explosive devices were located and dismantled.

The IDF also mapped the homes of two terrorists responsible for the previous weekend’s attack. One home was sealed ahead of demolition.

⚔️ IDF OPERATIONS CONTINUE INSIDE THE SOUTHERN LEBANON SECURITY ZONE: Soldiers identified and eliminated several Hezbollah terrorists in the Ali al-Taher Ridge area. An IDF officer was moderately injured during the encounter and evacuated for hospital treatment.

The 401st Brigade separately completed an eight-month mission under the 91st Division, conducting defensive operations along the border and operations inside the Security Zone.

During the deployment, troops dismantled more than 1,200 Hezbollah infrastructure sites, including underground routes extending for hundreds of meters. The tunnels were destroyed in cooperation with Yahalom troops. The brigade also located more than 600 weapons and eliminated more than 60 Hezbollah terrorists.

“Our mission was clear: to prevent and push back the threat to Israeli civilians,” Brigade Commander COL Yoav Schneider said. He also acknowledged the operation’s heavy cost and said the brigade would continue remembering its fallen while remaining focused on completing its mission.

💥 EXPLOSIONS IN SOUTHERN LEBANON PRODUCE MILITARY: The Lebanese Seismological Center recorded a magnitude 3.8 earthquake following an IDF explosion used to destroy tunnels in the Bofor area last week.

Earlier, Lebanese Armed Forces vehicle drove over an explosive device in the Kfara area, lightly wounding five soldiers. The incident occurred outside the Security Zone, where no IDF soldiers were present.

The IDF said the device did not belong to Israel and assessed that it belonged to Hezbollah. The Lebanese Armed Forces later withdrew its initial claim that Israel had struck the soldiers and said an examination determined that the explosion had been caused by a suspicious object. All three posts remain below the 3,950-character ceiling while retaining the complete Digest content.
