❗️ ISRAELI RESERVIST ARRESTED FOR IRAN SPYING: An Israeli reservist serving in an Iron Dome battalion has been arrested and charged with spying on behalf of Iran in exchange for money.
The case was announced by the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and police.
💥 IDF STRIKES IRANIAN MISSILE AND AIR DEFENSE INFRASTRUCTURE: Over the past day, the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, struck more than 130 infrastructure sites in western and central Iran.
Targets included ballistic missile launchers, UAVs, and air defense systems belonging to the Iranian regime.
The IDF says the campaign is continuing to degrade Iran’s ballistic missile array and defense systems.
The Israeli Air Force is also continuing strikes intended to reduce the scope of fire toward the State of Israel and expand its aerial superiority over Iran.
🔹 UAV LOSSES DURING OPERATIONS OVER IRAN: Military officials say more than a dozen Israeli Air Force drones have been shot down during the current war.
They did not provide an exact number, but said between 10 and 20 unmanned aerial vehicles have been lost.
The IDF says its wartime policy considers UAV losses acceptable when missions are aimed at thwarting ballistic missile attacks on Israel’s home front.
For that reason, the Israeli Air Force has been using cheaper drones for higher-risk strike missions in Iran, knowing they are likely to be shot down.
In at least one case, a cheaper drone returned to Israel, according to military officials.
No Israeli fighter jets have been shot down, although pilots have repeatedly come under anti-aircraft missile fire.
In one incident, the military said a fighter pilot was "close to being hit."
🎯 IDF STRIKES SYRIAN REGIME TARGETS IN SOUTHERN SYRIA: Overnight, the strikes hit a command center and weapons in military compounds belonging to the Syrian regime in southern Syria.
The Israeli IDF said the action was carried out in response to yesterday’s events, in which Druze civilians were attacked in the Sweida area.
The IDF said it will not tolerate harm toward the Druze population in Syria and will continue to operate to defend them.
It added that it is monitoring developments in southern Syria and will act in accordance with directives from the political leadership.
The strikes were not reported by major Syrian media outlets, and the circumstances of the alleged attack remain unclear.
In a statement circulated online, a Druze militia in the Sweida area claimed that nine people were killed, 12 were detained at a checkpoint, seven were abducted, and that rockets and drones were used.
