💥 IDF STRIKES IRAN’S LARGEST PETROCHEMICAL FACILITY IN ASALUYEH, DISABLING KEY EXPORT INFRASTRUCTURE AS MISSILE, DRONE, AND REGIONAL THREATS CONTINUE

💥 STRIKES ON IRANIAN ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE: The Israeli Air Force struck Iran’s largest petrochemical facility in Asaluyeh, targeting a site Defense Minister Israel Katz said is responsible for about 50 percent of the country’s petrochemical production. Iranian state media and IRGC-affiliated Fars News Agency reported explosions at South Pars petrochemical facilities following what was described as an “enemy attack.”

Katz stated: “The IDF has just powerfully struck the largest petrochemical facility in Iran, located in Asaluyeh, a central target responsible for about 50 percent of the country’s petrochemical production, following last week’s strike on the second main facility.”

He added: “The two facilities, which together are responsible for about 85% of Iran’s petrochemical exports, have been taken out of use and are not functioning.”

Katz said the strike delivered “a severe economic blow amounting to tens of billions of dollars to the Iranian regime,” and described the petrochemical sector as a central engine in financing Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps activity and Iran’s military build-up.

He further stated: “The IDF has been instructed to continue striking with full force the national infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime.”

“The Iranian terror regime will discover that continued aggression against Israel and the cowardly and criminal firing at Israeli civilians will lead to a deepening of the economic and strategic damage it pays and to the collapse of its capabilities.”

Iranian media also reported a strike on the Fazel-Abad power station in Shiraz.

⚠️ CLUSTER MUNITION IMPACT IN CENTRAL ISRAEL: At least one person was moderately injured after being hit by a blast from a cluster submunition in Ramat Gan, according to medics. Magen David Adom said it treated a 44-year-old at the scene.

About 30 bomblet impact sites were reported across central Israel following Iran’s ballistic missile attack.

🔹 DRONE ATTACKS FROM YEMEN AND ALERTS IN THE SOUTH: A drone launched by the Iran-backed Houthis toward Israel was intercepted, according to the IDF, after sirens sounded in Eilat. Additional drone infiltration alerts were later activated near Eilat and in nearby southern communities.

The IDF said several drones were launched from Yemen, some were intercepted, and contact with others was lost, indicating they may have crashed. There were no reports of injuries or damage.

❗️ IRANIAN RESPONSE: Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei stated: “Assassinations and crimes won't disrupt the Iranian Armed Forces”.

❌ ESPIONAGE ARRESTS INSIDE ISRAEL: The Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) arrested four IDF regular service combat soldiers on suspicion of spying for Iran, according to Israeli i24 News.

❗️ INTELLIGENCE WARNING ON ENERGY TARGETING: A source close to Ukrainian intelligence said Russian intelligence provided Iran with a detailed list of 55 critical Israeli energy infrastructure targets, according to The Jerusalem Post. The sites were reportedly divided into critical production facilities, major urban and industrial energy hubs, and local infrastructure.

🇺🇦 REGIONAL AND GLOBAL IMPLICATIONS: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was cited by AP as warning: “I fear a prolonged war with Iran could reduce the support we receive, and we are not a priority right now. If the war with Iran does not end, the U.S. Patriot system package for us will gradually be reduced.”

🤝 Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the war with Iran is strengthening ties between Israel and the UAE, as both increasingly view Iran as a shared threat.
