🚨 IDF RAISES READINESS AS IRAN TALKS APPEAR FRAGILE: The IDF is preparing for the possibility that talks between Washington and Tehran could collapse and that attacks may resume. An Israeli official said, “If no substantive agreement is reached, we will be forced to return to Iran.”
A senior Israeli security official told the Broadcasting Authority that the ceasefire agreement is extremely fragile and that Israeli officials are more pessimistic than optimistic. He said preparations are underway for a return to war even before the end of the two-week period.
Yedioth Ahronoth reported that following the collapse of negotiations between the U.S. and Iran, IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir ordered the military to raise its alert level and prepare for a possible return to confrontation with Iran. The report said the IDF has entered full combat readiness similar to the period preceding previous operations on Iranian soil, and that the IDF Intelligence Directorate (AMAN) is accelerating target development, preparations, and overall readiness for any scenario.
No decision on military action has been made yet.

Authorities have tightened instructions in Israeli towns along the Lebanese border amid ongoing direct talks between Israel and Lebanon and the possibility of a ceasefire this week, according to Israeli Channel 12.
⚔️ HEZBOLLAH REJECTS DIRECT TALKS
Lebanese MP Ibrahim Al-Moussawi, a member of Hezbollah's Loyalty to The Resistance Bloc, said: "We reject Lebanon going to direct negotiations with the enemy and consider it a major sin. We don't want anyone to negotiate on behalf of Lebanon".
❌ HEZBOLLAH OPERATIVES ELIMINATED IN HOSPITAL COMPOUND: Over the past week, Givati Brigade soldiers identified Hezbollah terrorist activity from within the government hospital in Bint Jbeil in southern Lebanon.
In recent days, several Hezbollah terrorists were identified conducting surveillance from a hospital window and firing toward IDF soldiers in the area.
Following the immediate identification of the threat, the soldiers eliminated the terrorists.
Additionally, approximately 20 terrorists were precisely eliminated within the hospital compound in order to remove the immediate threat.
The soldiers operating in the hospital compound located a cache of weapons inside the facility.
Among the uses identified within the hospital compound were the transfer and storage of weapons, and the use of hospital facilities as observation posts, concealment positions, and shelter for operatives.
The IDF said Hezbollah systematically exploits medical facilities and ambulances for military purposes, in violation of international law and while endangering the civilian population.
The IDF also said it had clarified in advance to the relevant Lebanese authorities that all military activity within hospitals in Lebanon must cease, and disseminated those warnings through various channels.
Despite those warnings, Hezbollah continued to use the hospital for military activity.
The IDF said it views with severity Hezbollah’s use of civilian infrastructure, including medical institutions, for military purposes, placing patients, medical staff, and civilians at risk.
