🎯 IDF ELIMINATES SENIOR BASIJ INTELLIGENCE OFFICIAL IN TEHRAN: Earlier this week, the Israeli Air Force, acting on intelligence, struck senior Basij Force leadership in the heart of Tehran.
Esmail Ahmadi, Head of the Intelligence Division of the Basij Force, was eliminated alongside commander Gholamreza Soleimani and several other senior commanders.
Ahmadi played a central role in advancing and executing terror attacks carried out by Basij forces.
He was also responsible for enforcing public order and the regime’s values on behalf of the IRGC, and played a key role in the violent suppression of recent protests in Iran.
His elimination, together with the elimination of the Basij Force commander and other senior officials, adds to dozens of senior Iranian commanders eliminated during the operation.
The IDF says this is another significant blow to the regime’s security command-and-control structure.
💥 IDF OPERATIONS IN LEBANON CONTINUE WITH EXTENSIVE TARGETING OF HEZBOLLAH: IDF troops are continuing targeted ground operations in southern Lebanon as part of a forward defensive effort against the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
So far, more than 2,000 terror targets have been struck.
These include approximately 120 Hezbollah command posts, more than 100 weapons storage facilities, and more than 130 missile launchers.
More than 570 Hezbollah terrorists have been eliminated.
This includes approximately 220 Radwan Force operatives, around 150 surface-to-surface missile operatives, two commanders with the equivalent rank of Major General, four commanders with the equivalent rank of Brigadier General, eight commanders with the equivalent rank of Colonel, and 22 battalion-level commanders.
The IDF is warning civilians in southern Lebanon to move north of the Zahrani River.
🔥 HOME IN REHOVOT BURNS AFTER APPARENT CLUSTER MUNITION IMPACT: A home in the central city of Rehovot caught fire following an apparent cluster munition impact.
Magen David Adom says a man and a woman in their 70s were lightly wounded by the blast.
Both were treated at the scene and are in good condition.
🔹 OFFICIALS ASSESS STRIKE DISTRIBUTION AND IRANIAN REGIME STABILITY: A security official told The Washington Post that 40% of Israel’s estimated 8,000 airstrikes targeted Iranian security forces and their facilities.
US and Israeli intelligence officials told The Washington Post that the Iranian regime is not collapsing and remains in control of power.
⚠️ RUSSIA EXPRESSES CONCERN OVER STRIKES IN IRAN: Russia’s Foreign Ministry said the attack on the Iranian port of Anzali damaged the economic interests of Russia and other Caspian Sea countries.
The ministry added that it is observing with increasing concern the expanding scale of Israeli and American missile and bomb strikes in Iran.
📉 IAF DRONE LOSSES REPORTED DURING OPERATIONS OVER IRAN: Israeli military officials said that 10 to 20 Israeli Air Force drones have been shot down over Iran during the war.
The military described the losses as "acceptable."
💥 IDF BEGINS STRIKES ON TARGETS EAST OF TEHRAN: The IDF has begun to strike Iranian terror regime targets in the area of Nur, east of Tehran.
