🎯 ISLAMIC JIHAD WEAPONS COMMANDER ELIMINATED: Earlier this week, the IDF carried out a precise strike in the Khan Younis area, eliminating Adam Muhammad Ibrahim Abu Hadid, a commander in the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization's weapons production array.
The array is responsible for manufacturing and supplying weapons to the organization's military wing. 📍 LEBANON WITHDRAWAL REPORT DISPUTED: A U.S. official reportedly told Al Arabiya that Israel had taken a concrete step by pulling back from part of its buffer zone in southern Lebanon.
Israeli officials rejected the claim, while Lebanese security sources said they had no knowledge of any pullback. Israeli security and military officials also denied a Reuters report that the IDF had withdrawn from parts of Lebanese territory. ❗️ RESERVE SOLDIER KILLED IN OPERATIONAL ACCIDENT: The IDF announced the death of Master Sgt. (res.) Basil Sweid, 32, from Peki'in, a truck driver in the 7th Armored Brigade's 75th Battalion.
Sweid was killed late last night in southern Lebanon when his refueling truck overturned in the Rab al-Thalathine area at around 11:00 p.m. The IDF said the incident was an operational accident. Another IDF soldier was moderately wounded, evacuated to a hospital for treatment, and his family has been notified.
⚓ ISRAELI AND GERMAN NAVIES EXPAND COOPERATION: A German Navy vessel conducted a port visit at the Port of Haifa as part of ongoing cooperation between the Israeli Navy and the German Navy.
During the visit, the two navies conducted a joint PASSEX sail to enhance operational cooperation, exchange knowledge, and deepen professional ties. Joint activities and senior command meetings focused on further strengthening cooperation between the two navies.
