🛡️ U.S. AERIAL AND FORCE SURGE INTO ISRAEL AS CIVIL DEFENSE MEASURES EXPAND AND FOREIGN EVACUATIONS SPREAD AMID IRAN NUCLEAR ACCESS CONCERNS; IDF SAYS NO CHANGE TO PUBLIC GUIDELINES

‼️ U.S. FORCES SURGE INTO ISRAEL: At least nine American refueling tankers arrived overnight at Ben Gurion Airport as part of a broader U.S. buildup in the Middle East. In total, 14 U.S. refuelers have arrived at Ben Gurion Airport over the past week. Satellite images show some U.S. F-22s at the Israeli Air Force’s Ovda Air Base positioned on the runway, ready for takeoff.

🛡️ ISRAELI CIVIL DEFENSE AND READINESS STEPS: Reports indicate public shelters have begun opening in Beersheba, Tel Aviv, and Raanana. An Iron Dome system was photographed deployed outside the Knesset. The mayor of Petah Tikva called on the city council to “be prepared to all scenarios.” Israeli Channel 14 will operate “quiet” services this weekend, diverging from its usual full Shabbat shutdown.

🪖 IDF REASSURES PUBLIC; GUIDELINES UNCHANGED: IDF Spokesman Effie Defrin said: “We are aware of the feeling of uncertainty and the tension prevailing in the public in light of regional developments. The IDF is closely following the situation in Iran and is alert and ready to protect you. I emphasize again, there is no change in the instructions”.

🛫 REGIONAL EVACUATIONS AND FOREIGN WARNINGS: Large numbers of Americans departed Iraq via Baghdad International Airport in the past 24 hours. The U.S. Embassy in Baghdad conducted an emergency evacuation drill, according to Al Hadath. Reports also indicate an evacuation of non-essential staff from the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait. Britain temporarily withdrew diplomatic staff from its embassy in Tehran, and Kazakhstan urged its citizens to leave Iran immediately. The Chinese Embassy in Israel called on its citizens to increase security precautions and preparedness for emergency situations.

☢️ IAEA SAYS ACCESS LIMITED; ISFAHAN STATUS UNCLEAR: The IAEA said inspectors have not been granted access to Iran’s declared enrichment facility at Isfahan since Tehran disclosed it in June. Iran is storing uranium enriched up to 20% and 60% at the Isfahan tunnel complex, with satellite imagery showing regular vehicle activity near the entrances. The agency said it cannot confirm the exact status of the declared facility, including whether it is operational or contains nuclear material, and said it has not had access to any of Iran’s four declared uranium enrichment facilities.

⚓ MARITIME AND DIPLOMATIC SIGNALS: Maersk is rerouting certain upcoming ships away from the Suez Canal toward the Cape of Good Hope, citing security risks, rising tensions, and operational constraints in the Red Sea, according to Reuters.

🗣️ Bloomberg reported: “US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner left the latest round of talks with Iran ‘disappointed’.”
