‼️ President Trump said additional military action against Iran remains possible as Washington seeks stronger leverage ahead of future negotiations. In an interview with Fox News’ Mark Levin, Trump said the U.S. may continue strikes for another two weeks, adding that additional Iranian targets remain and that further attacks are “very likely.”
❗️ Trump warned Iran against attempting to recover enriched uranium buried beneath destroyed facilities. He said the United States is monitoring the sites closely and would strike again if Iran attempts to access the material. Trump also claimed roughly 70% of Iran’s targets had already been hit and said Iran’s ability to rebuild its capabilities would take years even without additional attacks.
🇮🇱 Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar praised President Trump’s handling of Iran’s nuclear program, contrasting it with the U.S. approach toward North Korea in the 1990s. Sa’ar argued that failure to act against North Korea allowed it to become a nuclear state, while current action against Iran was taken before Tehran could reach a similar stage.
Sa’ar said Israeli and American leadership concluded military action was necessary after intelligence showed Iran was preparing to move key parts of its nuclear program into extremely deep underground facilities that would become effectively immune to airstrikes. He warned that delaying action would have created a “de facto immunity” zone for Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and severely limited future military options.
❗️ Sa’ar said an Iranian nuclear capability would dramatically increase the threat posed by Tehran and its regional proxy network, including Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. He also said Washington attempted diplomacy before military action, including outreach efforts by U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff, but claimed Iran refused to engage on core U.S. demands involving nuclear activity, ballistic missiles, and support for regional militant groups.
Sa’ar said Israel has had no direct diplomatic engagement with Iran for roughly two decades and described the Iranian regime as committed to Israel’s destruction while also targeting American allies across the region. He also rejected claims that Israel seeks territorial expansion into Iran, calling the suggestion “ridiculous.”
