❌ KEREM SHALOM BORDER CROSSING: Earlier today, IDF troops were dispatched to the Kerem Shalom border crossing area following suspicion of the presence of a Hamas terrorist on the Gaza side of the crossing.
An unarmed suspect was apprehended by Israeli forces and transferred for further questioning. According to the IDF, "the details and identity of the suspect are currently under review."
The IDF emphasized that there was no infiltration into Israeli territory during the incident and said it remains in continuous contact with the security coordinators of the relevant communities.
💥 GAZA ROCKET LAUNCH POSITIONS DESTROYED: Overnight, the IDF struck and dismantled four rocket launch positions in several areas across the Gaza Strip.
According to the military, the launch positions were established by terrorist organizations in recent weeks after the ceasefire agreement came into effect. The sites had been prepared to launch rockets at Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers and were assessed as posing an immediate threat.
Prior to the strikes, the IDF says steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance.
🎯 HEZBOLLAH OPERATIVES STRUCK IN SECURITY ZONE: Earlier today, IDF soldiers operating in the Ali al-Taher Ridge area within the Security Zone identified two armed Hezbollah terrorists near the Security Zone who were assessed as posing an immediate threat.
Following their identification, the Israeli Air Force and ground forces struck the terrorists in order to remove the threat.
