⚓ IRGC CLAIMS ATTACKS ON TWO OIL TANKERS: The Iranian Revolutionary Guard stated: “In the early hours of the day, two oil tankers that violated the rules were attacked after attempting to pass through an undeclared route, under air escort by US forces, ignoring our warnings, and taking an unsafe and illegal route, which led to them being attacked and stopped. Four other ships quickly returned to their original course and went back to their position.”
The IRGC said that last night, in response to what it described as a false statement issued by U.S. Central Command, it informed shipping and insurance company owners to disregard CENTCOM announcements and inquire with those it said had been misled and involved in accidents.
The Revolutionary Guard reiterated its warning: “Any illegal interventions or orders issued by the US military will not go unanswered in the region.”
🛰️ CIA AND MOSSAD INTENSIFY SEARCH FOR IRANIAN SUPREME LEADER: The CIA and Mossad are intensifying efforts to locate Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, who has not appeared publicly since succeeding his father following the February 2026 airstrike, according to The Times.
Intelligence officials reportedly believe Khamenei was seriously injured in the strike. He has avoided using phones and computers for more than 150 days and is believed to be hiding in a heavily protected underground facility, possibly in Tehran or near Qom.
With electronic surveillance producing few leads, intelligence efforts have shifted from cyber collection to human intelligence. Former Mossad officials said Khamenei is believed to communicate through several layers of unwitting couriers carrying handwritten messages.
Infiltrating his inner circle is therefore considered the most viable way to confirm his location or determine whether he is still alive. Some intelligence officials suspect the IRGC may be concealing his death, while others believe the Iranian government may be using body doubles to obscure his movements.
🛰️ IRAN REPORTEDLY USED ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGY TO TRACK U.S. FORCES: A U.S. intelligence source said Iran used commercial advertising technology to pinpoint the locations of American forces across the Middle East.
The technology reportedly relies on the same infrastructure that powers everyday mobile advertising. Applications and websites serving targeted advertisements through social media platforms and search engines use precise GPS coordinates to determine what users see and where.
The disclosure came one day after Reuters reported that CENTCOM Commander Brad Cooper warned troops that their cellphone activity was helping Iran select targets. Some deployed personnel could soon be ordered to hand over their phones altogether.
🛰️ IRAN SUSPECTED IN MINNESOTA WATER-SYSTEM CYBERATTACK: U.S. officials told The Washington Post: “Our intelligence suggests that Iran is behind a cyberattack on the water system in Minnesota”.
U.S. intelligence agencies assessed that Iran was likely responsible for a coordinated cyberattack targeting more than 30 municipal water systems across Minnesota. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is actively investigating, according to The Washington Post, citing several U.S. officials.
❌ ATTEMPTED WEAPON THEFT FOILED NEAR MITZPE YAIR: Initial reporting said several terrorists attempted to steal weapons from a security post near Mitzpe Yair in Gush Etzion.
A more detailed account said several Palestinians were involved in a violent confrontation and threw rocks at a shepherd from a farm in the area. When the settlement security officer arrived, one Palestinian attempted to seize his weapon but was unsuccessful.
The security officer opened fire, striking the Palestinian in the leg. There were no Israeli injuries, and the security officer was unharmed.
