♟️ IRAN CONDUCTS STRAIT OF HORMUZ INTERDICTION DRILLS AS U.S. AIR AND CARRIER FORCES SURGE TOWARD REGION; ISRAEL BRIEFS ON HOME FRONT DEFENSE AND U.S.–ISRAEL REASSERT IRAN RED LINES

🚤 IRGC NAVY DRILLS IN STRAIT OF HORMUZ INCLUDE MISSILE LAUNCHES, MINE-LAYING, AND TANKER INTERDICTION: A local report said Iran plans to close part of the Strait of Hormuz for several hours “as part of a military exercise.”

The IRGC Navy is continuing its second day of drills in the strait, titled “Smart Control of the Strait of Hormuz,” marking the start of the main phase of the exercise. The maneuvers include missile launches, simulated destruction of enemy vessels, mine-laying operations, and intercepting oil tankers.

‼️ REPORTS: U.S. FIGHTERS, AWACS, AND SUPPORT AIRCRAFT MOVE TOWARD THE REGION; USS GERALD R. FORD ENTERS ATLANTIC: Reports say about 50 American fighter jets, including F-35, F-22, and F-16 models, began moving toward the Middle East over the last 24 hours. Anorh report also says 36 F-16s and 12 F-22s are heading to American bases in the region today.

Six F-22s reportedly arrived at RAF Lakenheath en route to the Middle East. An E-11A BACN aircraft departed toward Europe with a likely Middle East destination.

Two U.S. Air Force E-3C Sentry AWACS aircraft arrived at RAF Mildenhall and are expected to redeploy to a base in the Middle East in coming days. Two tankers for the E-3G AWACS went airborne over the mainland U.S., carrying two additional E-3B aircraft to the United Kingdom, bringing the total to four in Europe.

The aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) entered the Atlantic Ocean after leaving Caribbean waters.

⚠️ Israel prepares for possible Iranian attack scenarios: The Commander of the IDF Home Front Command, Major General Shay Klapper, will deliver a confidential security briefing tomorrow to the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on preparations for potential missile and drone attacks targeting Israel’s home front.

‼️ U.S. and Israel reiterate red lines on Iran’s strategic programs: The U.S. will not allow Iran to keep its nuclear program. Israel will never allow Iran to keep its ballistic missile program.

⚠️ Iran signals operational readiness against potential U.S. action: An Iranian official told Al Jazeera: “The implementation of the Supreme Leader's recent threats toward Washington is operationally ready and within reach. Training exercises are being conducted under various scenarios to counter any potential U.S. attack on Iran”.
