💥 Strikes reported on Iran’s major gas infrastructure: An Israeli official says the Israeli Air Force struck Iran’s largest gas processing facility in Bushehr Province a short while ago. Iranian reports said the strikes hit facilities tied to the South Pars offshore gas field and the Asaluyeh oil industry.
Additional reports alleged a joint US-Israeli strike on infrastructure linked to the South Pars field. The field is reported to account for about 75% of Iran’s natural gas production, while natural gas is said to supply about 80% of Iran’s electrical grid.

🎯 Senior Iranian Intelligence Minister eliminated in Tehran: Overnight, the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, eliminated Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmaeil Khatib in a targeted strike. Appointed by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in 2021, Khatib oversaw the regime’s primary intelligence organization responsible for surveillance, espionage, and covert operations worldwide.
He played a central role in internal repression during recent protests in Iran, including the Mahsa Amini protests, and directed terrorist activity against Israeli and American targets abroad as well as targets inside Israel during Operation Roaring Lion. Khatib also previously held several senior intelligence roles within the IRGC, making him a key regime operative.
His elimination is part of a broader campaign against senior Iranian regime figures, including officials in the Ministry of Intelligence, and is assessed to significantly degrade the regime’s command and control structures. The IDF says it will continue operating against Iranian regime commanders.
