💥 WIDE IDF STRIKES TARGET IRGC SPACE HEADQUARTERS AND ADDITIONAL MILITARY INFRASTRUCTURE IN IRAN: The Israeli Air Force, directed by the IDF Intelligence Directorate, carried out an additional wave of strikes in Tehran and other areas of Iran against infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime.
Among the targets was the IRGC Space Force headquarters, which served as a reception, transmission, and research center for the Iranian Space Agency affiliated with the regime’s military. The site included research facilities and a command-and-control structure for the “Khayyam” satellite, launched in August 2022 and used by the IRGC to monitor the State of Israel and its residents and to advance terrorist activity.
Additional strikes hit approximately 50 ammunition bunkers at an Internal Security base, along with a Basij base, an internal security command center, and a compound belonging to the IRGC Ground Forces.
The Internal Security Forces and the Basij are part of the Iranian terror regime’s armed forces. They are responsible for dispersing demonstrations, carrying out arrests, seizing transportation routes, securing facilities, and suppressing Iran’s civilian population through systematic violence, including during the internal protests in recent months.
The IDF also reported that it has begun wide-scale strikes on Iranian terror regime targets in Tehran and additional areas in Iran.
🎯 HEAD OF SUPREME LEADER’S MILITARY OFFICE ELIMINATED IN TEHRAN: Yesterday, the Israeli Air Force, acting on precise intelligence from the IDF Intelligence Directorate, eliminated Abu al-Qassem Baba’iyan in Tehran.
Baba’iyan served as Head of the Military Office of the Iranian Supreme Leader and as Chief of Staff of the emergency command headquarters Khatam al-Anbiya. He was responsible for coordinating between the Iranian terror regime’s various force-employment organizations to execute operations against the State of Israel and emergency operations.
According to the source material, Baba’iyan had been appointed as the new designated chief of staff for the office. He was also appointed Chief of Staff of the emergency headquarters after his predecessor, Ali Shadmani, was eliminated during Operation Roaring Lion.
His elimination follows the opening strike of Operation Roaring Lion, in which Mohammad Shirazi, the military chief of staff of Supreme Leader Khamenei, was eliminated. The IDF said this elimination joins a series of strikes on senior Iranian terror regime figures since the beginning of the operation and further degrades the regime’s leadership responsible for advancing military activity.
🚨 IRANIAN CLUSTER ATTACK WOUNDS SIX IN CENTRAL ISRAEL: Magen David Adom says the number of wounded in the Iranian cluster bomb attack on central Israel earlier today has risen to six.
A man in his 40s was seriously wounded in Tel Aviv. In Petah Tikva, five others were hurt, including a 25-year-old man in moderate condition and three people in good condition.
💥 PALESTINIAN MEDIA REPORT THREE ELIMINATED IN STRIKE ON VEHICLE IN GAZA CITY: Palestinian media report that three were eliminated in an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle in Gaza City.
The reported strike took place on the Hamas side of the ceasefire line. The IDF has not yet commented.
