🇮🇱 IDF ELIMINATES HEZBOLLAH TERRORIST IN SOUTHERN LEBANON AS IDF CHIEF MARKS 1,000 DAYS OF WAR AND STRESSES READINESS FOR IRAN AND ALL FRONTS

🎯 IDF ELIMINATES HEZBOLLAH TERRORIST AT ALI AL-TAHER RIDGE: Earlier today, IDF soldiers identified a Hezbollah terrorist emerging from an access shaft leading to underground terrorist infrastructure at the Ali al-Taher Ridge within the security zone, where IDF forces are operating. The terrorist posed an immediate threat to the soldiers.

The Israeli Air Force, directed by forces on the ground, struck and eliminated the terrorist to remove the threat.

The IDF said its forces will not allow Hezbollah terrorists to emerge from the underground infrastructure, operate in the area, or threaten Israeli soldiers.

❌ ATTEMPTED RAMMING ATTACK NEAR BEIT UMMAR: IDF soldiers were dispatched to the area adjacent to Beit Ummar following reports of an attempted ramming attack.

No injuries were reported. Security forces launched a pursuit of the suspects and are conducting searches in the area.

🇮🇱 IDF CHIEF MARKS 1,000 DAYS OF WAR: Opening this morning's General Staff situational assessment, IDF Chief of the General Staff LTG Eyal Zamir said:

"Today we mark 1,000 days since the outbreak of the longest war in our history. A war that began with the failure and the worst disaster in the history of the State of Israel. From that disaster, we rose, recovered, and led a campaign that achieved unprecedented accomplishments in the state's history."

Referring to the 20th anniversary of the Second Lebanon War, Zamir said the milestone serves as an important opportunity for remembrance, learning, and drawing lessons.

⚠️ IRAN REMAINS THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF IDF PREPAREDNESS: Zamir said Iran continues to be the central focus of Israel's military preparedness.

He said the IDF is currently in an interim period across all theaters of combat, with every arena remaining active at varying levels of intensity while shaping operations continue. He emphasized that the theaters are interconnected and that every action in one arena may affect another.

The IDF Chief said forces must remain vigilant and prepared for rapid escalation and an immediate return to combat in order to deepen operational achievements and secure victory.

Alongside maintaining readiness and continuing to thwart threats, he said the coming period should also be used to reduce operational wear, care for personnel, and improve operational readiness.

🪖 SOLDIERS ARE ISRAEL'S MOST IMPORTANT RESOURCE: Zamir credited the achievements of the multi-front campaign to the determination and sacrifice of Israel's defenders.

He said combat soldiers, supported by all the systems that sustain the IDF, together with commanders serving in compulsory service, the career military, and the reserves, are the State of Israel's most important resource.

Zamir said they should remain first in the national order of priorities, receiving the state's appreciation through its decisions and allocation of resources while ensuring the well-being of the soldiers, their families, and their future.
