❌ IDF OPERATIONS IN SOUTHERN LEBANON: Since the ceasefire took effect last week, the IDF says it has eliminated over 25 Hezbollah operatives who posed a threat to troops and destroyed hundreds of terror sites.
The military says it continues operating in the southern Lebanon security zone to "serve as a buffer protecting residents of the north." It says troops have located numerous weapons and, together with the Air Force, carried out around 50 airstrikes against Hezbollah operatives and infrastructure.
The IDF also says Hezbollah has carried out numerous attacks in recent days on Israeli forces stationed in southern Lebanon, and that Israel has not yet responded to those attacks. The military adds: "The IDF will continue to act decisively against threats directed at the citizens of the State of Israel and IDF troops, and is operating in accordance with the directives of the political echelon."
📍 EXPANDED SECURITY BUFFER ZONES: The ceasefire this month led to a reassessment of Israel’s security hold across several fronts.
The area under control is listed as approximately 581 km² in Lebanon, 242 km² in Syria, and 202 km² in the Gaza Strip, for a total of 1,025 km². De facto, this represents a 3.68% increase in Israel’s security area, including sovereign territory and Judea and Samaria, compared to before October 7, from 27,820 to 28,845 km².
🔱 US ACTION AGAINST IRANIAN OIL SHIPMENT: The U.S. military seized the Iranian oil tanker Majestic X in the Indian Ocean a few hours ago.
The New York Times reported that the tanker was carrying oil to China.
🇺🇸 TRUMP STATEMENTS ON IRAN: President Trump said Iran is under increasing pressure and that time is not on its side.

🇺🇸US-ISRAEL-LEBANON TALKS IN WASHINGTON: U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee is expected to take part in today’s peace talks between Israel and Lebanon in Washington.
He will be joined by the U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, along with the Israeli and Lebanese ambassadors to the United States.
