💥 Hezbollah missile array command centers struck in Baalbek; operatives eliminated: Last night, the IDF struck three Hezbollah command centers in the Baalbek area in Lebanon used by the organization’s terrorists to advance planned attacks against IDF troops and the State of Israel. The IDF said it struck and eliminated several terrorists from Hezbollah’s missile array inside the three command centers.
The military said the operatives were recently identified operating to accelerate readiness and force build-up processes while planning fire attacks toward the State of Israel and advancing attack plans that endanger IDF troops and Israeli civilians. The IDF said Hezbollah’s missile array is responsible for launching missiles and rockets toward Israel and has been planning launches of this nature toward Israeli territory in recent times.
The IDF said Hezbollah systematically embeds assets within the civilian population while exploiting civilians as human shields, and said the activity constitutes a violation of the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon. The IDF said a “large number” of Hezbollah operatives were killed in the strikes.
Hezbollah announced eight operatives killed in the Beqaa Valley strikes, including Hussein Mohammed Yaghi, whom it identified as a “commander.” Lebanese media reported at least 10 killed and more than 50 wounded.
💥 Hamas command center struck in Ain al-Hilweh, southern Lebanon: Yesterday morning, the IDF struck a Hamas command center in the Ain al-Hilweh area in southern Lebanon. The IDF said the site was used to plan and prepare attacks against IDF troops and included training activity intended to advance attack plans against IDF troops and the State of Israel.
The IDF said the infrastructure was embedded within a civilian-populated area and constituted a violation of the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon, as well as a threat to the State of Israel. The IDF said it is operating against Hamas entrenchment in Lebanon and will continue to act against Hamas terrorists wherever they operate to remove threats to Israeli civilians and IDF troops.
❌ Terrorist eliminated after approaching IDF troops in northern Gaza: Earlier today, IDF troops in the northern Gaza Strip identified a terrorist near the Yellow Line who approached the troops and posed an immediate threat. The troops eliminated the terrorist to remove the threat.
