💥 RAFAH — YELLOW LINE SECURITY OPERATIONS COMPLETED: The activity focused on securing the area along the Yellow Line in Rafah following approximately three months of continuous counter-terror operations in the Gaza Strip.
Troops eliminated dozens of terrorists operating within underground tunnel routes and dismantled hundreds of terror infrastructure sites. This included an underground tunnel route approximately one kilometer long where terror hideouts and weapons were located.

▪️ IDF Response to Soldiers’ Complaints Commission Report: The IDF released its official response to the 2025 Soldiers’ Complaints Commission Report, presenting a plan to improve quality of life and service conditions across all ranks. The measures span medical services, base infrastructure, nutrition standards, reserve support, and disciplinary procedures.
▪️ Medical Services Expansion: The military is expanding the number of mental health officers (KABANs). It is also launching new digital tools aimed at reducing wait times for specialist appointments and improving access to medical records.
▪️ Living Conditions and Nutrition Upgrades: The IDF is investing in renovating aging bases. It is also expanding the “Food Center” model to improve consistency in nutritional quality.
▪️ Support for Career and Reserve Personnel: New service models are being introduced to improve work-life balance. A dedicated hotline has also been established to address the financial and employment challenges faced by reservists after prolonged operational activity.
▪️ Accountability and Soldier Rights Clarifications: The IDF is tightening command protocols to strengthen disciplinary fairness and commander-subordinate relationships. Soldiers were reminded that leave can only be canceled by a Colonel for operational needs, the “Ma’amadim L’Limudim” program continues funding 66% of tuition for combat veterans, and any loss of a military ID now requires a formal disciplinary hearing before replacement.
