The terrorist, together with another attacker, carried out the vehicular ramming and stabbing attack on November 18, 2025 at Gush Junction in which Aharon Cohen was murdered, and two civilians and a soldier were injured.
💥 IDF demolishes home of Hamas operative behind two 2024 attacks in Judea and Samaria: IDF troops operated last night in Silat al-Harithiya and demolished the home of Hamas terrorist Raafat Dawasi. Dawasi, a top member of a Hamas terror network in the Jenin area, was involved in a roadside bomb attack in Jenin on June 27, 2024 that killed Cpt. Alon Sacgiu and wounded 16 other soldiers, and a shooting on August 11, 2024 in the Jordan Valley that killed Yonatan Deutsch and wounded another civilian. Dawasi was eliminated in a drone strike on August 17, 2024.
💥 IDF strikes Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon after repeated ceasefire violations: The IDF said it struck Hezbollah terror infrastructure sites across several areas in southern Lebanon. Targets included weapons storage facilities, missile launchers, and military sites used by Hezbollah to advance attacks against the IDF and Israel.
🇮🇱 Israeli Navy names first female missile boat commander: Lt. Cmdr. “Resh” will assume command of one of the Missile Ship Fleet’s Sa’ar 4.5-class missile boats in a handover ceremony tomorrow. The military said the move “constitutes a significant milestone in the operational and command activity” of the Navy, and “reflects the commitment to excellence, professionalism, and equal opportunity” in the IDF.
The IDF said the missile boat participated in several “complex” operations during the war, including a large-scale operation to destroy the former Syrian regime’s naval fleet in December 2024, the elimination of top Hamas official Ismail Barhoum in March 2025, the killing of a top commander in Hezbollah’s aerial forces in November 2024, and the interception of aerial threats. Resh joined the military in 2016 as a naval cadet and has served in several Navy roles, including deputy commander of a missile boat and commander of a Dvora-class patrol boat in the 916th Patrol Squadron.
