š„ WIDESPREAD AIR CAMPAIGN AGAINST IRANIAN MISSILE ARRAYS: In the past 24 hours, hundreds of fighter jets and aircraft struck hundreds of targets simultaneously in Iran and Lebanon.
As part of the defensive effort, the Israeli Air Force is conducting successive waves of strikes against the Iranian regimeās ballistic missile arrays and air defense systems.
Since the start of Operation āRoaring Lion,ā the Israeli Air Force has dismantled approximately 300 Iranian missile launchers.
The IDF said this follows more than 1,600 sorties and a systematic, around-the-clock effort to locate and target launchers and missile stockpiles, aimed at reducing fire toward the Israeli home front. The IDF said the Israeli Air Force has deployed 4,000 munitions across Iran since the start of the operation.
ā¢ļø STRIKE ON COVERT NUCLEAR FACILITY AT āMIN ZADAāIā COMPOUND: The IDF said it struck numerous targets belonging to Iranās nuclear weapons group, which operates under the Iranian Ministry of Defense, in order to damage the military nuclear capabilities of the Iranian terror regime.
According to the IDF, despite a significant blow to the nuclear weapons group, the Iranian regime did not halt its military nuclear activity and continued developing capabilities required for nuclear weapons, transferring infrastructure to an underground site protected from aerial strikes.
Within the site, a group of nuclear scientists operated covertly to develop a central component of the nuclear weapons system.
The Intelligence Directorate monitored the scientistsā activity and identified their new location within the site, enabling a precise strike on the covert compound.
The IDF said the strike eliminates a core component of Iranās ability to develop nuclear weapons and joins a series of critical strikes carried out during Operation āRoaring Lionā aimed at removing the Iranian nuclear threat.
šØ QOM STRIKE ASSESSMENT STILL UNDER REVIEW: IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin said in a press conference that the results of the Israeli strike on the Iranian Assembly of Experts building in Qom are still under review.
According to reports, none of the 88 clerics were at the building at the time of the strike, and only clerks counting votes for the appointment of the next supreme leader were inside.
