🎯 IAF STRIKES IRGC HEADQUARTERS IN TEHRAN: The Israeli Air Force completed a large-scale wave of strikes targeting Iranian regime military headquarters in Tehran where personnel were present, IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin said. More than 100 fighter jets struck dozens of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps headquarters, including intelligence, air force, internal security, and command centers.
"These are significant and powerful strikes. These headquarters operated against Israel and the entire world. Today they were destroyed along with everyone operating in them," Defrin said.
The IDF said the strikes followed Israeli achievement of air superiority over Tehran and were directed at command centers where intelligence identified active Iranian regime personnel managing combat operations and planning attacks against Israel and regional countries. One emergency compound struck served the regime’s Operations Directorate and Intelligence Directorate, which the IDF said was used to manage combat activity and develop operational and intelligence assessments.
The IDF said the completed wave significantly degraded Iranian command-and-control capabilities, including the elimination of personnel operating within central military headquarters. The military also released new video showing strikes on Iranian air defense systems and ballistic missile launchers in western Iran.
🔴 IRAN FIRES BALLISTIC MISSILES AT NORTHERN ISRAEL: After several hours of lull, the IDF detected a new Iranian ballistic missile launch toward Israel. Sirens sounded in northern Israel during the attack.
Medics said there were no reports of injuries. The IDF Home Front Command said civilians in areas where sirens sounded can leave shelters, but should remain close to protected spaces.
❗️ NETANYAHU: STRIKES IN TEHRAN TO INTENSIFY AFTER KHAMENEI ELIMINATION: Prime Minister Netanyahu said Israel has entered a new phase of the campaign following the elimination of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and dozens of senior regime figures. After consultations with the Defense Minister, IDF Chief of Staff, and Mossad Director, he said he issued directives to continue and intensify operations.
He said Israeli forces are striking in the heart of Tehran with increasing and expanding force, with further escalation expected in the coming days. Netanyahu acknowledged Israeli losses from recent Iranian attacks in Tel Aviv and Beit Shemesh, expressed condolences to bereaved families, and wished recovery to the wounded.
He said Israel is bringing the full power of the IDF to the campaign and emphasized that operations are being conducted in close combination with the United States, including President Donald Trump and the U.S. military. He said this integrated posture enables Israel to achieve a long-standing strategic objective of decisively striking the Iranian terror regime, and said Israel is fulfilling a commitment he has pursued for decades.
