🔹 Board of Peace Initiative President: Trump and other world leaders gathered at Davos to sign the charter establishing the Board of Peace - The "Board of Peace" is formally ratified and established as an international organization. Trump said, “Everybody wants to be a part of it,” and claimed 59 countries are involved. He also said Putin has agreed to join his Board of Peace in Gaza, said Hamas must release the last hostage, and only then can progress move forward. Trump said, Iran wants to talk and “we will talk,” and did not rule out military strikes against Iran.
⚠️ Iran–U.S.–Israel Escalation: Assessments Israel does not rule out the possibility that Iran may conclude a U.S. attack is inevitable and attempt to seize the initiative with a preemptive strike, believing surprise would provide the greatest advantage. Israel estimates the United States will strike Iran within weeks if Tehran refuses to resume nuclear talks on U.S. terms. Ynet reported that a broad American assault could aim to destroy what remains of Iran’s nuclear sites, missile program, and air defenses.

✈️ Israeli Aviation Preparedness: Israel’s commercial airlines are preparing contingency plans to move aircraft out of Ben-Gurion Airport amid concern that Iranian missile fire could threaten aviation infrastructure, Transportation Minister Miri Regev said Wednesday. She said El Al, Arkia, and Israir are prepared to evacuate their fleets abroad if instructed, based on plans refined during past escalations with Iran. A senior airline official said, “We have not received instructions to evacuate the fleet, but we are prepared according to pre-established plans to carry out the mission if required.”
🛑 Turkey and Regional Measures: Turkey has deployed the HTRS-100 radar system at Damascus International Airport in Syria, which can detect aerial targets at a range of up to 115 miles. Sources told the Israeli Broadcasting Authority the deployment could potentially limit Israeli Air Force activity in Syrian airspace. Israel will ban entry to 29 senior Turkish figures, including Bilal Erdogan, the son of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as other officials and public figures, over their anti-Israel activities.
