🔸 Geneva talks underway: The third round of indirect nuclear talks between Iran and the United States has begun in Geneva, according to Iranian reports. Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived at the Omani embassy in Geneva on Thursday to attend the talks.

⚠️ Israeli strike debate inside the Trump administration: Senior advisers to President Trump reportedly prefer Israel strike Iran before any U.S. military action, Politico reports. Officials are privately arguing an Israeli attack could trigger Iranian retaliation that would help build U.S. domestic support for a subsequent American strike.

♟️ U.S. military movements and deployments: The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford departed Crete en route to the eastern Mediterranean. Satellite imagery published by Chinese firm MizarVision shows 11 U.S. F-22 stealth fighter jets deployed at Israel’s Ovda Airbase, along with what appears to be a Patriot air defense system nearby.

Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar continues to empty, with only four refueling aircraft reportedly remaining.

❗️ U.S. officials warn on Iran missile and nuclear trajectory: Secretary Rubio said Iran continues investing in increasingly capable missiles despite severe economic strain. He said Iran already possesses weapons able to reach much of Europe and is pursuing intercontinental ballistic missile capability.

Vice President JD Vance said the United States has seen evidence Iran is attempting to rebuild nuclear weapons.

🐳 IAI BlueWhale submarine sale to Germany: Israel Aerospace Industries delivered its BlueWhale unmanned submarine to the German Navy in a deal worth tens of millions of euros.

The 10.9-meter autonomous platform is used for intelligence and mine detection, marking the system’s first international sale; Greece is among the potential additional buyers.

🪖 Bus overturn incident: A civilian bus transporting IDF soldiers overturned a short while ago in southern Israel. One soldier was moderately injured and several others were lightly injured. MDA treated the soldiers at the scene, and some were evacuated to hospital for continued care.

In a separate incident in southern Israel, a traffic accident occurred between a bus and a civilian vehicle. Several soldiers were lightly injured and were evacuated to hospital for medical treatment.

The soldiers’ families have been notified. The circumstances of both incidents are being examined by the relevant authorities in the IDF.
