šŸŽÆ ISRAELI STRIKES TARGET VEHICLES SOUTH OF BEIRUT AS SHIN BET ARRESTS ISRAELI WOMAN FOR IRANIAN ESPIONAGE

šŸ’„ STRIKES ON COASTAL HIGHWAY SOUTH OF BEIRUT: Lebanese media report that at least two vehicles were targeted in Israeli strikes along a coastal highway south of Beirut.

The vehicles were reportedly struck near the seaside towns of Jiyeh and Saadiyat, about 70 kilometers north of Israel’s border.

There is no immediate comment from the IDF.

āŒ ISRAELI WOMAN ARRESTED FOR SUSPECTED IRANIAN ESPIONAGE: The Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) has arrested an Israeli woman from Nazareth on suspicion of spying for Iranian intelligence.

She reportedly photographed IDF bases, security facilities, and oil refineries in Haifa in exchange for money.

Authorities say she also provided information about a former Israeli security official.

šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡¦ Ukraine Seeks Clarifications Over Haifa Port Vessel: Ukraine has formally requested clarifications from Israel after a vessel allegedly linked to Russia’s "shadow fleet" docked at Haifa Port carrying wheat believed to originate from Ukrainian territories occupied by Russia. Ukrainian officials say the shipment may have come from seized areas during the war, raising legal and diplomatic concerns.

Ukraine warns that, if confirmed, the incident could violate U.S. and international sanctions on Russia’s shadow fleet and contradict Israel’s stated policy on compliance with those sanctions. According to Ukrainian officials, intelligence services tracked the vessel’s preparations to depart the Black Sea with the grain cargo.

A detailed file was compiled and transferred to Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office on March 20. On March 27, Ukraine’s ambassador to Israel, Yevgen Korniychuk, presented the findings to senior Israeli Foreign Ministry officials in Jerusalem and formally requested that Israel deny the vessel entry.

Following a request from the Prosecutor General, a Ukrainian court issued a detention order for the vessel on April 8. Despite that order, the ship ultimately docked in Haifa, escalating the issue.

After the vessel’s arrival, Ukraine’s Prosecutor General met with Israel’s ambassador to Ukraine, Michael Brodsky, and submitted a formal request for international legal assistance, including the immediate detention of the vessel and prevention of its departure. The matter remains ongoing, with potential diplomatic and legal consequences depending on Israel’s response.
