The Home Front Command says civilians in areas where sirens sounded may leave bomb shelters but should remain close to them.

“In the shelter there were almost 30 people. Of them, ‘only’ two were killed – those who stood directly beneath the impact site. Another person was seriously injured, and most walked out on their feet with lighter injuries. The others who were killed were outside the shelter, in various nearby spots. It turns out that even a 50-year-old shelter saves lives when it takes a direct hit.”
